The article discusses the export opportunities of agricultural enterprises in the framework of the Federal project “Export of agricultural products”. The export volumes of agricultural products were determined and trends in the development of Russian exports in the markets of Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole were identified. A significant share of Russian exports is grain. The main importance for Russian exports of agricultural products is China, which has high requirements for the quality of wheat. Of particular relevance is the activity of the “Rosselkhoznadzor” in the field of quality assessment of regional agricultural products. The implementation of measures to support agricultural enterprises focused on exports will allow developing in new foreign markets, increasing exports and foreign exchange earnings several times.
Introduction: Russian Public higher education system is dynamically changing due to gradual integration into the global educational market. The authors trace the adaptation of public higher educational institutions to modern conditions, study a real case of the Volgograd Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA specializing in public policy and business administration, its trends and issues in the internationalization process related to legal status of a branch of a public institution; suggest a series of measures to optimize its academic mobility trends. The purpose of the study is to determine the actual trends of the international activities of government funded organizations taking into account the current trends in the public reform of higher education in Russia and limitations arising from its legal status of a branch. Techniques: such methods as case study, system, comparative legal and logical analyses were applied. Results: it is proved that the success of internationalization process in Russian higher education in academic, research and consulting areas largely depends on the factors of regional level, legal status of public institutions, available resources as well as on branch network structure. Conclusions: it was found that in order to overcome limitations in the process of internationalization government-funded educational institutions with a status of a branch should focus on internal internalization id est on creation of interdisciplinary pilot educational programs with foreign partners within the framework of short-term and medium-term academic mobility on the basis of individual international academic trajectories and the creation of courses in English and the program "Russian as a Foreign Language".
Oral treatment of pregnant or lactating rats with Cd(NO3)2 in a dose of 2 mg/kg increased plasma and erythrocyte levels of MDA and reduced glutathione, activities of glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione reductase, and gamma-glutamyl transferase in their 4-month-old progeny. Changes in the function of glutathione system and LPO intensity after cadmium intoxication during the neonatal were less pronounced than after prenatal exposure.
The risks of non-fulfillment of the target indicators of the federal project "Export of Education", which are systemic in nature and are associated with the peculiarities of the socio-economic, cultural development of Russian regions and their conditions for implementing the internationalization of higher education, have undergone a transformation during 2020-2021 in the context of a pandemic and active use of distance technologies and electronic educational resources. This placed the emphasis on the level of competitiveness and the development of these technologies in comparison with large international providers -foreign universities. The goal of this paper is to identify and substantiate internationalization features of Russian higher education at the regional level and to forecast further scenarios of development in the context of a long term impact on public policy in this area. The research revealed and systematized the features of the internationalization of higher education at the regional level with their division into positive, negative, and crisis features. Trends in the number and structure of foreign students studying in Russia were identified and analyzed. The calculation of the effective rating of foreign students by importing countries was carried out. The authors developed and tested a six-factor function for assessing the level of internationalization of the university. The paper presents a model of interaction between regional universities and universities participating in the implementation of the Federal project "Export of Education".

The paper deals with the way multinational automotive companies incorporate their values and goals through different advertising approaches in local markets including Russian, how they adapt to cultural, social and economic conditions. The authors discuss localizing strategies and potential effects of advertising texts, as well as common techniques, nonverbal presentations and verbal transformation used by localizers to overcome incoherent marketing needs of different countries. The paper focuses on such concepts of advertising and localization as adoption strategies alongside such processes of globalization, internationalization and standardization. The relevance of advertising localization for the successful marketing of automotive products has been proved as it plays the major role in adaptation of the text to the cultural realities and social and economic environment. The work presents examples of source texts in French and localized texts in Russian with subsequent translation into English and their linguistic analysis. The study of the language features inherent in advertising on multinational automotive companies` websites has been conducted; the transformations made by the translators of the advertising and localization strategies for the Russian-speaking audience have been revealed).
