Islamic boarding school is a religious education institution that teaches and practices Islamic religious education therein. Modeling of Islamic boarding school business processes is a clear and structured description of the flow of activities/business processes in every action that will be taken on activities in boarding schools. Data analysis uses the Porter Value Chain technique to identify the division of main business processes and supporting business processes, while the technique in modeling business processes is to use BPMN (Business Process Modeling & Notation) based on SOP (StandardOperating Procedure) of each existing business process/activity. The final results obtained from this research are in the form of an architecture of the business process model of Islamic boarding school that can be used as a reference in conducting every business process/activity in Islamic boarding school. So that with this business process architecture model, the implementation of activities can be structured and run in accordance with the expected goals, and can improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. AbstrakPondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang mengajarkan serta mengamalkan pendidikan ilmu agama Islam didalamnya. Pemodelan proses bisnis pondok pesantren adalah penggambaran alur pelaksanaan kegiatan/proses bisnis yang jelas dan terstruktur dalam setiap tindakan yang akan diambil pada kegiatan yang ada di pondok pesantren. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Porter Value Chain untuk mengidentifikasi pembagian proses bisnis utama dan proses bisnis pendukung, sedangkan teknik dalam pemodelan proses bisnis yaitu menggunakan BPMN (Business Process Modelling & Notation) berdasarkan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) dari setiap proses bisnis/kegiatan yang ada. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa arsitektur model proses bisnis dari pondok pesantren yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan setiap proses bisnis/kegiatan dalam pondok pesantren. Sehingga dengan adanya arsitektur model proses bisnis ini, pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat terstruktur dan berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan, serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari pondok pesantren.
Dendrobium sylvanum orchid is categorized as lowland habitus orchid and able to survive wihtout any shade. Orchid cultivation takes a very long time so it needs faster cultivation and producing large quantities. Therefore, it is necessary to do orchid culture by using tissue culture processes and then given gamma ray irradiation to bring up new characters in the orchid .The purpose of this research was to discover the impact of gamma ray irradiation in vitro to the diversity of D. sylvanum. The doses of gamma ray used in this research were 0 Gy, 15 Gy, 30 Gy, 45 Gy, and 60 Gy. The results obtained indicated that mutation mostly occurred on the treatment with 15 Gy (4.4 cm of plant height, 2.67 of leaves, 2.36 cm of leaf length, 0.49 cm of leaf width, and 5.33 of root strands) compared to the other doses and the control plants. The new finding in this research is the gamma ray dose that can optimally stimulate the mutation in D. sylvanum. This information is useful to generate the new variety in orchid cultivation in Indonesia. This research provides innovation in orchid cultivation and new variety that is possible to arise after the mutation.

Introduction: The research was aimed to obtain information on the impact of omission one test fertilization as a determination limiting factors for the growth and biomass of maize in variety Bonanza F1. Materials and Methods: The research was located in the experimental field, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien, Medan from December 2020 until February 2021. The research was applied by Randomized Block Design in non-factorial through fertilization of omission one test that has been converted (urea : SP-36 : KCl = 0.75 : 0.50 : 0.125 g polybag-1). The treatment of this research include P0 = non-fertilization; P1= N+P+K; P2= P+K; P3= N+K; P4= N+P using three replications. The parameters include plant height, leaf growth, total fresh weight, total dry weight, and the percentage of relative yield then processed using ANOVA and continued with DMRT at 5% ± standard error with SPSS v.20 software. Results: Informed that the omission one test technique significantly improved all the characteristics of maize in the variety Bonanza F1. The highest increase in plant height was found in the N+P of 83.65%, meanwhile, the highest leaf and biomass growth characters were found in N+P+K, ranged of 50.00 to 177.81% and 487.60 to 507.37%, respectively. It was obtained that the limiting factor for the maize growth in variety Bonanza F1 was found in the un-fertilization of nitrogen.
