Las grandes oportunidades que se derivan de hechos históricos que atentaron contra las poblaciones urbano rurales en zonas de posconflicto en los años de 1975 a 1990, en especial, en la subzona del occidente del departamento de Boyacá, propone políticas públicas locales, que hagan interdisciplinariedad entre la economía y su cosmovisión social de desarrollo trascendental, la geografía humana y su capacidad de aglomerar producciones agroindustriales, manifestaciones que desde sus patrones sociales, producen un desarrollo rural integral y por último, las acciones que la defensa de la dignidad de todas las personas, le imprimen a sus derechos humanos para realizar manifestaciones y movimientos sociales que permitan la vinculación como zona en parámetros de política cultural y de economía campesina, con el único propósito de albergar capital social y capital humano con impacto en todas las comunidades, que desde los procesos articulados a conflictos internos, merecen una nueva apología de desarrollo integral, permeado por contextos turísticos, agroindustriales y de desarrollo rural comunitario. El trabajo académico tendrá como base investigativa, una propuesta con un paradigma interpretativo, articulado a un enfoque cualitativo y con tipologías descriptivas y etnográficas, donde la inmersión sociocultural, permiten la inmanencia de los fenómenos, para producir una propuesta de desarrollo rural integral, fusionado con economías solidarias y campesinas, derivadas de propuestas hacia la paz y la dignidad de todos sus habitantes. Es un proceso que deviene de recopilaciones orales comunitarias denominadas democracia para la paz, SGI 2157 del año 2017 – 2019, dirección de investigaciones UPTC Tunja - Pauna.
