Assessment is a key component for knowing the effectiveness ofthe learning process. The assessment method should have relevance withthe curriculum that applied in the educational institution. In the 2013curriculum, the relevant assessment method is an authentic assessment.This authentic assessment method measures the competence of attitudes,skills and knowledge of the students based on their processes and outcomes.This method is different with the previous curriculum assessment methodsthat always emphasize cognitive competence (knowledge) and tend to beoriented to exam results, in authentic assessment teachers always payattention to the balance competency between attitude competencyassessment, knowledge and skills that agree with the development ofcharacteristics according of student's steps. Based on the research,implementation of the authentic assessment at MIN Sidoarjo Pacitan didn’toptimally. Caused, the teacher’s ability of technical authentic assessment arenot capable.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan dan hasil penerapan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran permainan tradisional boi-boian dalam menanamkan pola pikir sains anak sekolah dasar.Desain pengembangan yang diterapkan peneliti adalah desain research and development yang dikembangkan oleh R. Walter Gall, JP. Gall dan WR. Borg. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan: strategi pembelajaran yang dipilih guru lebih menekankan pada metode ceramah, dikte dan hafalan sehingga belum mampu menanamkan pola pikir sains secara maksimal. Pola pikir peserta didik cenderung pasif; Guru belum pernah menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif; Pengujian perbedaan hasil evaluasi penggunaan strategi dengan independent sample t-test menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, yaitu dengan nilai t hitung > dari pada t tabel (2,226> 2,015) dan P value (0,03 < 0,05) dengan rata-rata nilai kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen (78.96 < 82.57), serta dinyatakan lebih aktif dalam hal mengamati, menanya, berargumen, mendengarkan dan kepercayaan diri. Teachers must be creative educators and be able to choose the right learning methods. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Self-Paced Learning method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN Pucangsewu, Pacitan District, Pacitan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Self-Paced Learning method in Islamic Religious Education learning can help students increase enthusiasm, response, material understanding, and learning outcomes for fourth and fifth grade students. The application of this method is very relevant to the conditions of the physical distance policy. This method has the concept of independent learning with flexible time and is in accordance with Islamic Religious Education material. The learning media used include YouTube, Website, WhatsApp, and E-Books. The teacher provides material through media that is in accordance with the material during face-to-face learning at school. The evaluation process is carried out according to the provisions of the 2013 curriculum. Besides having a positive impact on students, it also has an impact on teachers, namely increasing teacher creativity. However, the application of this method has drawbacks, depending on the availability of mobile devices.
As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. This study aims to analyze how Islamic counseling guidance deals with student academic stress during the Covid 19 pandemic. Corona Virus Disease 19 or commonly referred to as Covid 19 has affected every line of life without exception in the field of education. The method used in this study is research literature based on scientific articles, books and reports related to the research topic. The results showed that there were several factors behind the occurrence of academic stress in students. Islamic counseling guidance is intended to strengthen the religious nature of students. If a teacher, especially a PAI teacher, has the skills and is able to implement aspects of monotheism, moral aspects, aspects of worship, personal aspects, social aspects and academic aspects of Islamic Counseling Guidance to their students, then the academic stress that is motivated by the problems caused by the Covid 19 pandemic that has caused analyzed from several journals will be resolved slowly. Islamic Counseling Guidance can foster the mental health of students, form a positive personality in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith.
