Em julho deste ano, foram eleitos a nova diretoria executiva e os novos conselheiros da Associação Brasileira de Pesquisadores em Sociologia do Direito (ABraSD), a mantenedora da RBSD. A presidência será exercida pelo professor Pablo Holmes (UnB). Como vice-presidentes, estarão Carina Calabria (UFPE) e Edvaldo Moita (UFF), que também é coeditor da RBSD. Além das propostas que estão sendo encaminhadas pela associação, como o tradicional congresso anual da ABraSD, que -ao que tudo indica -será realizado de forma presencial novamente, a RBSD será uma pauta prioritária da nova diretoria. A intenção é profissionalizar ainda mais a revista e fazer com que ela tenha condições de atender os critérios dos mais importantes indicadores nacionais e internacionais de avaliação da qualidade de periódicos científicos. Fruto de um trabalho dedicado da comissão organizadora, composta por membros da diretoria e dos conselhos da associação e por voluntários -entre alunos da UnB e participantes do congresso advindos de outros estados -que se dispuseram a dedicar seu tempo e energia para que tudo desse certo, o evento foi um sucesso! Da conferência de abertura ao encerramento, passando pelos grupos de pesquisa, minicursos e painéis em debate, a UnB virou um palco não só para encontros e reencontros, mas também para revitalização do campo da sociologia do direito.
