The aging process will cause a decrease in the reliability and safety performance of the nuclear reactor operation. As a consequence, the quality of service to stakeholders will decline. In order to keep nuclear reactor reliable, systematic activities are needed to manage the aging process that occurs at the GA Siwabessy multi-purpose reactor (RSG-GAS), in Serpong. The activity includes 4 main elements, i.e.: understanding and evaluating the aging process, using aging prevention methods, detection and surveillance methods, and aging mitigation methods. Aging management is carried out at RSG-GAS through routine and periodic maintenance, repair, replacement and monitoring mechanisms. Aging management must be planned from design, construction and commissioning activities to reactor operation. RSG-GAS aging management is carried out in accordance with safety guidelines from the international atomic energy agency (IAEA) and nuclear power regulatory body (BAPETEN) regulations, as well as various vendor documents. The success of aging management is demonstrated by operating parameters that meet operating limit conditions (OLC), and is evaluated through periodic safety assessments. This paper aims to convey the experience of RSG-GAS in aging management, in order to support the reliable operation of RSG-GAS. Experience in the aging management program of the RSG-GAS as long as 34 years, is an important asset in developing the aging management program of future Indonesian nuclear power plants.

Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menciptakan tempat kerja yang aman, sehat, dan bebas dari pencemaran lingkungan untuk mengurangi dan atau bebas dari kecelakaan kerja. Upaya untuk mencegah, mengurangi, dan mengendalikan bahaya di tempat kerja perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan berupa unsafe behaviour yang berasal dari sifat bawaan seseorang dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku selamat, yaitu keselamatan DNA. Tujuan penyajian makalah ini adalah mendeskripsikan alur peran dan fungsi keselamatan DNA dalam membangun organisasi budaya keselamatan yang lebih efektif. Dalam penulisan makalah ini dilakukan suatu tahapan metode ilmiah agar dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Adapun penelitian akan menitik beratkan pada peran Keselamatan DNA pada aspek sistem manajemen keselamatan dan budaya keselamatan secara holistik Keselamatan DNA adalah proses peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keselamatan yang akan membangun karakter individu dalam pelaksanaan BBS dalam penerapan budaya keselamatan. Karakteristik Safety Leadership dalam budaya keselamatan akan mendorong perubahan budaya keselamatan yang signifikan pada individu di semua fase penguatan budaya keselamatan organisiasi, tanpa melihat apakah organisasi sudah lama atau baru. Keselamatan DNA dapat dikategorikan sebagai katalis yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu dan mendewasakan budaya keselamatan organisasi. Termasuk dengan komitmen enam cara untuk memastikan tempat kerja aman dan percepatan budaya keselamatan, yaitu menjadikan keselamatan sesuatu yang menyenangkan. The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an effort to create a work place that is safe, healthy, and free from environmental pollution to reduce and / or be free from work accidents. Efforts to prevent, reduce and control hazards in the workplace need to be carried out continuously in the form of unsafe behavior that comes from one's innate nature in shaping safe attitudes and behaviors, namely DNA safety. The purpose of presenting this paper is to describe the flow of the role of Safety & Task DNA in building a more effective safety culture organization. In writing this paper, a scientific method is carried out so that it can be implemented as expected. The research will focus on the role of DNA safety in the aspects of safety management systems and safety culture holistically. DNA safety is a process of increasing knowledge about safety that will build individual character in the implementation of BBS in the application of safety culture. The characteristics of Safety Leadership in safety culture will encourage significant safety culture changes in individuals at all phases of strengthening the organizational safety culture, regardless of whether the organization is old or new. DNA safety can be categorized as a powerful catalyst for enhancing individual performance and maturing an organization's safety culture. Safety study of topaz irradiation management at the core rsg-gas position. A study of the management of Topaz stones in the irradiation process in the core position of the Multipurpose reactor G.A Siwabessy in the Batan Serpong (PRSG) has been carried out. A complex process of management because it must meet the technical and administrative requirements of the nuclear power supervisory body (BAPETEN), national and international transportation, and its safety management aspects. From the results of a study of hazard control and risk assessment (HIRADC) a risk rating with rating B is obtained, fulfilling the exposure aspect of container surface according to international transportation requirements (IATA) of <0.4 micro Sv/hour, production requirements as well as fulfilling transportation permits In a predictable safety aspect, a management strategy has been made so that the potential hazards can be overcome, because the results of this study show that Topaz management in in-Core positions with acceptable risk and supervision is required. fulfill administrative requirements, permit the production and be safe for the executor, transportation and environment and fulfill the requirements for re-export.
