The purpose of this research was to improve the handball athletes’ physical fitness through Tabata training during the outbreak of COVID-19. This pre-experimental research used a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research participants were male handball athletes at amateur level (N = 30) (age = 21.8 ± 1.3 years, height = 169.6 ± 2 cm, weight = 60.7 ± 7 kg). All participants performed the Tabata training for 23 sessions with a frequency of 3 times a week. The athletes’ physical fitness level was measured using push-ups, curl-ups, V-sit and reach, as well as shoulder stretch. All research data were then analyzed using SPSS version 22 with a significance level of α 0.05. The results of this research found that the physical fitness components consisting of strength endurance (P<0.05), muscle strength (P>0.251), flexibility in the area of lower back and hamstrings (P<0.05) as well as upper arm flexibility (P<0.05) experienced differences before and after performing the Tabata training program. It is concluded that in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 throughout the world, Tabata is one alternative training to be performed by each handball athlete at home since Tabata training may provide various benefits in improving the handball atlethes’ physical fitness components.
This research aims to investigate perceptions from parents who have children with disabilities about online physical education classes during COVID-19. The characteristic of this research was qualitative through interviews towards 36 parents of children with disabilities from 2 provinces in Indonesia that prepared to participate in this research. Data analysis by using thematic analysis of qualitative data, including: (a) Interviews. (b) The transcribed interviews was read repeatedly by the author. (c) Given labeled. (d) Data were sorted based on categorization, coding, and highlighting. (e) A collection of similar phrases. (f) Examining. (g) Arranging the data. (h). Share themes. The study results found three main themes, namely: instructional of models learning, technical and motivational obstacles to online learning, and the advantage of online learning. In general, according to parents’ perception, the success of online physical education learning during COVID-19 is determined by the participation and support from all parties including central and local governments, teachers, and parents. This study contributes to recent literature concerning physical education learning through online during COVID-19.
The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomesunderpassing volleyballthrough peer zoom based video learning during the Covid 19 situation. The method used is experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were students in class V in SDN Perumnas Karangtengah Cianjur, amounting to 20 people. The research instrument is a test passing down to the wall for 1 minute.Intervention programs in this study as many as 12 meetings with the intensity of learning 3 times a week.Statistical analysis using IBM SPSS version 20 with a significance level of α 0.05.The results showed that there was an increase in the results of under-passing learning after the provision of peer teaching interventions based on zoom video, even in the Covid 19 situation (P-value 0.000 <α 0.05).The conclusions in this study provide evidence that peer teaching based on zoom video as many as 12 meetings when the Covid 19 situation is able to provide a significant influence on improving learning outcomes under passingvolleyball.
Project management is a strategy that needs to be done in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of a company. Developments in the era of technology in this period are in line with the development of SMEs engaged in the field of karawo craft services, such as Rumah Karawo. The project planning can be prepared using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Project management can also be used to estimate the project acceleration (crasing) at Karawo House. With the preparation of a good project management, it can be estimated the time and cost needed to run the project, so as to minimize cost losses due to the possibility of project overturning. The development of a project management plan carried out using a waterfall.
This study aims to compare the performance of conventional stock mutual funds and Islamic stock mutual funds with the Sharpe Index method, Treynor Index, and Jensen Index. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in performance between conventional mutual funds and Islamic mutual funds. The population in this study is mutual funds managed by Investment Managers who manage both subcategories of conventional and sharia mutual fund types of shares. This type of research is comparative research. The data used are secondary data obtained from published reports by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study using Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen methods show that the performance of conventional and Islamic equity funds has a performance above risk-free investment performance. With these three results, the performance of conventional and Islamic stock mutual funds does not have a significant difference.
In this research used survey method, that is to explain influence between independent variable that is electronic service quality and electronic trust to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and explain relation between variable. The population in this study is the consumer of Grab Car transport users in Bintaro, South Tangerang. The sampling technique uses accidental technique, ie random sampling of the sample that met on that day. Technique of collecting data that is done is test of questioner, that is data collecting technique by asking some direct statement to sample. Processing techniques and data analysis include correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination analysis. The result of T test statistic shows that the quality of electronic service partially has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Electronic confidence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, while statistical test F shows the quality of electronic services and electronic trust simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction.
The lack of information regarding exercise program assessment tools during the COVID-19 pandemic was the main gap in this research. The purpose of this study was to investigate lecturers' perceptions of computer-based and paper pencil-based performance to assess sports training programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, a combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed) is used as a method. Participants in this study were male and female lecturers from Jakarta State University (N=15) and Sriwijaya University (N=10). Quantitative instruments use questionnaires and qualitative instruments use in-depth interviews with participants. Quantitative data analysis use the IBM SPSS version 25.0 to find descriptive data, namely mean, standard deviation and percentage of responses from participation. Meanwhile, qualitative data analysis use qualitative thematic data. The results of the study based on quantitative data found that the majority of lecturers strongly agreed to use computer-based instead of paper pencil-based to assess sports training programs. Meanwhile, research results based on qualitative data show that most lecturers favour computer-based over paper pencil-based during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, computer-based has better performance and advantages than paper pencil-based when used in the pandemic era. This research provides benefits for the development of science assessment tools in the field of sports.
