This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship management consisting of people, processes, on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Palopo City . This study uses a quantitative research approach by examining specific populations or samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, collecting data using research instruments, statistical data analysis with the aim of testing hypotheses that have been set using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software . The results showed that the customer relationship management variable which consists of people, processes, and technology has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer relationship management consisting of people, processes, and technology has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, while satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. The indirect effect (mediation) shows that satisfaction can mediate the influence of customer relationship management consisting of people, processes, and technology on customer loyalty.
The Covid-19 pandemic, which has been going on for more than 2 years, has hurt people's welfare. The family economy, which is decreasing day by day, encourages women who are in East Wiwitan Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency, to work as a form of support to meet the economic needs of the family. The purpose of this research is to answer the problems of 1) the phenomenon of entrepreneurial women in the village of Wiwitan Timur Kec. Lamasi Kab. Luwu 2) the effect of income on women entrepreneurs 3) the effect of independence on women entrepreneurs 4) the influence of the husband's role on women entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative and quantitative Mix Methods research. Qualitative data collection was carried out through interviews with 5 informants, while quantitative data was through distributing questionnaires to 57 samples of female entrepreneurs in the East Wiwitan Village, Kec. Lamasi Kab, Luwu. The results showed that 1) on average, women who are self-employed in East Wiwitan Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency are now willing to increase their role by working to help their husbands/families by means of entrepreneurship, such as snack businesses, culinary, mixed stalls. 2) the income variable (X1) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs, the independent variable (X2) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs, and the husband's role variable (X3) has a significant effect on women who are entrepreneurs in the village of East Wiwitan.
This study aims to determine the influence of marketing stimulus factors (price factors, product factors, promotion factors and brand factors) to influence customer loyalty at PT. Semen Tonasa, Tbk in Palopo City. The population in this study The population in this study were all customers of PT. Semen Tonasa Tbk in the last 5 years until this research was conducted. Meanwhile, in this study, the samples taken by the researchers were the retailers of PT Semen Tonasa Tbk in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses incidental techniques with due regard to the sample criteria. While the method of data collection is through observation, interviews, commissioning. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with five variables. The results showed that Fhit> Ftab (6,041> 3.06). This means that simultaneously the marketing stimulus factors (price, product, promotion and brand) have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, only partially product factor which is a marketing stimulus has a significant positive effect. This can be seen in the t test, namely the calculated value of X2 exceeds the table value (4.172> 2.131).
