The birth of a healthy baby is generally around 38-42 weeks of pregnancy. However, there are many babies born at an inadequate age of birth and the age of birth that is past its time. This study aims to predict the age of the birth of a patient. The method used is a classification with the Naïve Bayes algorithm with input variable (X), the factors experienced by pregnant women in the form of 8 variables X and Y variable in the form of Birth Age. Problems that arise are too many attributes that affect the results of accuracy. To overcome this, preprocessing is used with the Correlation Based Features Selection (CBFS) method. CBFS chose the X variables which had the highest correlation with the Y variable (Birth Age) but had the least correlation between the X variables. From the CBFS that had been done, produced 4 X variables, namely: blood pressure, number of babies, congenital diseases before pregnancy, and problems during pregnancy. The results of the test showed an increase in Precision, recall, and accuracy in the Naïve Bayes classification when implemented CBFS. The highest value of accuracy after preprocessing is 67% with an increase of 2 percent compared to before preprocessing.
Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan merupakan sistem berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mengelola proses pelayanan administrasi pembuatan surat-menyurat. Pembuatan surat-menyurat di Desa Sidakangen masih menggunakan pembukuan atau arsip secara manual. Dari pembukuan atau arsip tersebut kemudian di rekap kedalam Microsoft Excel untuk dicetak sebagai laporan, belum lagi petugas akan melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan surat menyurat sehingga pada prosesnya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih untuk melakukan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalah tersebut maka perlu dirancang suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Web sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja Perangkat Desa dalam mengolah data - data dan informasi yang dimiliki agar lebih akurat dan efisien, serta dapat menangani permasalahan dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Desa Sidakangen. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall dengan metode pengujian Blackbox dan MOS (Mean Opinion Score) yang membuktikan bahwa adanya sistem ini masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan proses pelayanan administrasi tingkat desa.
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role in national economic development. Purbalingga Regency has an area of 777.64 Km2 consisting of 18 Subdistricts with contours of the region which mostly consist of mountains, access to communication and dissemination of information regarding the existence of job vacancies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products are absolutely necessary so that the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can improve the standard of living and the economy and equalize employment, especially in the Purbalingga region. The application made in this study is an android based application that can be used by entrepreneurs in the Purbalingga region to register their MSMEs and inform and process job vacancies. The application developed based on the REST (Representational State Transfer) architecture is proven to facilitate the process of data exchange between platforms and systems.
Distributed databases have been a research subject that attracted many researchers to study. Distributed databases have many advantages, such as reliability and data availability. There are still many problems in this subject area that need to be solved through researches. In this paper, query data extractor, a subsystem of distributed database system, is designed and implemented. Query data extractor reside at the heart of the distributed database system. The main task of the query data extractor is to extract query data issued by applications sitting at a site to result data needed by optimizer subsystem in fragmentation and allocation processes.
