The tettigoniid subfamily Phyllophorinae, distributed in Southeast Asia and Australia, is poorly known. Our study of the biology of Giant Katydid Siliquofera grandis (Blanchard, 1853) from a laboratory culture has shown that these insects mate more than once, the females lay a total of up to 400 eggs during their life, and these hatch after 2–2.5 months. The life cycle from egg to death takes longer than one year. In the laboratory, the insects fed mainly on leaves of various Rosaceae, Ficus, and lettuce, and on fruits. It is known that the males of hooded katydids lack the tegminal stridulatory apparatus typical for Tettigoniidae, but are capable of producing protest sounds using their coxosternal sound-producing organs for stridulation. Here, protest stridulation of the males and females and the sound-producing organs used to produce it have been analyzed in Phyllophorina kotoshoensis Shiraki, 1930 and S. grandis. In addition, nymphal protest sounds produced by friction of the metafemur against the edge of the pronotum and adult protest signals produced with the wings are described. In S. grandis, vibratory signals have been described and studied for the first time: territorial, protest, drumming and rhythmic low-amplitude vibrations emitted by adults and nymphs and pre- and postcopulatory vibrations of the males and females. The territorial signals not accompanied with visible movements of the body may be produced by contracting the antagonist muscles of the thorax and possibly of the legs. Using their coxosternal sound-producing organs males of S. grandis produced also an audible courtship song lasting for several seconds. Acoustic signals may thus both regulate intrapopulation relations and serve for interspecific communication (protest signals). The acoustic communication in Phyllophorinae is probably especially important during mating behavior.
Surveyed 522 players in Moscow. It is estimated the influence of regular football football on sicatics of football players 12-14-year-old. An assessment of the body size of football players was carried out with regard to their chronological age using the average physical development of adolescent-athletes. It is found that the systematic training in football is longer than 1 year to increase among adolescent-football players of quantities that have a strong physique, as a result of a decline among them, having an average type of physique. Registration of the examined index Pirka-Bedusi, which makes it possible to evaluate the proportionality of the physique, showed that most of the football players of adolescence with experience of systematic sports for more than a year have proportional to the physique. The degree of development of the breathing opportunities of the chest of adolescent-football players at a regularly high level of power preparation is higher than their untranslated peers. The results obtained will assume that regular football activities provide in adolescents to increase physical ability to prolonged cyclic loads due to an increase in endurance.
Physiologically, the secretion is considered to be a very important element of the platelet hemostasis system. Its functional state seriously determines the activity of primary hemostasis and microcirculation parameters in the capillaries, and, consequently, the course of metabolic processes throughout the body. It is known that the success of the entire hemostasis, as well as the activity of the processes in the development of the vessels of the body of productive animals, depends on the level of secretory activity of platelets. Of particular physiological significance are its features during early ontogenesis, when the body grows, matures and reaches its optimum productive qualities. For this reason, additional study of the secretory potential of platelets during the first year of life is of great importance for the physiology of the blood of piglets. These studies can help in finding approaches to the continuation of further intensification of pig production. In the work carried out, it was found that the ability of platelets to secrete increases in piglets during early ontogenesis. The main mechanism of this process should be considered as an increase in platelets of basal amount and self-assembly of actin and myosin. These changes are amplified at the physiological level in piglets due to the increase in the content of adenosine phosphate in platelet granules and the severity of its secretion under the influence of aggregation inducers. The increased activity of platelet secretion in piglets during the first year of life contributes to maintaining their microcirculation processes in the tissues at the level of their body's needs for nutrients and oxygen.
Changes of the health status of beginners aging men is being closely examined. This caused a sharp increase in males with age of the risk of developing diseases of the cardiovascular system. It is noticed that men older than 50 years often have multiple risk factors cardiovascular disease – coronary heart disease or hypertension, and sometimes combinations thereof. In this regard, it is now very important for men approaching retirement age effective approaches to health improvement, reducing the probability of occurrence of a pathology of heart and vessels. Tested in the study the author's technique, which included regular exercise, have shown the possibility of stimulation of the cardiovascular system, the overall aerobic capacity of the body and enhance the metabolism. The study demonstrated the possibility of achieving after 1 year of muscle loads on the author's technique overall health. Complex loads, which demonstrated high efficiency, included training on simulators "SPIRIT Medical Systems MU100 vertical Ergometer" and "Finnlo EllypsisSX1", with the additional inclusion in the scheme loads the second half of the loads on the simulator "Finnlo MAXIMUM-S". The effect achieved by the author's method exceeded that in the result of a year of physical activity in the gym "Finnlo MAXIMUM elliptical S" when you add in the second half of training on the simulator "SPIRIT Medical Systems MU100 vertical Ergometer". The obtained results are considered as evidence of the decline of the trainees on the author's scheme of men older than 50 years of threats signs of cardiovascular pathology with a significant enhancement of their overall health.
