SUMMARY
Antibodies survey against Equine Influenza, on the center-north area in Santa Fe province, Argentine, during the 1997-99 years.A serum analysis of antibodies for Equine Influenza was taken into account. Meaning the Hemoaglutination Inhibition Method, 219 horses were selected to be searchied during 1999 in San Cristobal, north side of Santa Fe, Argentina. Positive results were shown in 52 animals, representing a 23.74% in relation with the total of individuals. These findings were compared to that ones showed in past years, using chí square test (17.30% and 14.95% in 1987 and 1988, respectively). In conclussion, it make possible to say that although the immunity defense experienced some significative statistical differences, it was not enough to interrup hipotetical epizooties.
