Due to the adverse environmental effects and the risk of severe laryngotracheal diseases, as well as various voice disorders, the frequency of emotional disorders and their negative consequences among the mature population increases, as the increasing number of problems faced by the patient during his illness. Present article discusses the theoretical aspects of the study of emotional and personal spheres of patients with voice disorders, describes various approaches to the study of emotional states in people with voice disorders. The article presents the results of a study of emotional and personal spheres of individuals with voice disorders. It was found that indicators of situational and personal anxiety were significantly higher in the patient group. There are gender-specific emotional displays in people with disorders of the vocal apparatus. Respondents in violation of voices prevail emotions such as grief; fear and anger. In healthy respondents dominate interest, joy and emotional excitability. It also turned out that the main factors associated voice pathology, are such emotional traits as lack of interest in life, suffering and distress, low emotional excitability and later acting out feelings.
Over the past decade the number of children under the age of three years, who were diagnosed with autism or autistic spectrum disorder is rapidly increasing in the countries of North America and Western Europe. Researchers noted a sharp deterioration in the psychological and physical health of mothers of autistic children, resulting in the high levels of stress, depression and anxiety disorders, emotional burnout. Therefore, authors of this article give a review of scientific theses and papers published over the past 15 years devoted to the study of specific features of the mental state in mothers of children with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (autism), published in North America (US and Canada) and Western Europe (United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, etc.) We also highlighted a number of factors contributing to the negative emotional state of mothers and compensatory resources to help them to coping with the situation.
The article is devoted to the description of the results of an empirical study of the quality of life in students (boys and girls) with a pathology of the vocal apparatus and their conditionally healthy peers. As a result of the work carried out, the features of the psychological structure of the quality of life of boys and girls with voice impairments were identified in comparison with conditionally healthy respondents. The influence of readiness for self-development on the quality of life of boys and girls with voice disorders was studied. It turned out that the severity of cognitive needs and readiness for selfdevelopment is a significant factor influencing the psychological structure of the quality of life of individuals. At the same time, the structure of the quality of life includes components of readiness for selfdevelopment, existential fulfillment, internal resources, personal activity and satisfaction with life.
The article deals with the psychological treatment of patients with voice disorders using the latest computer technology psychotherapy. The paper describes a method of psychological treatment based on biofeedback relaxation. The data on the dynamics of changes in physiological parameters, psycho-emotional background, as well as the state of the voice functions, taking into account the treatment. It describes the techniques and methods of work on the unit. On the basis of the data evaluated the effectiveness of this method in rehabilitation of voice function in patients with voice disorders. Substantiates the proposition that biofeedback relaxation is highly effective and non-invasive method of treatment and health effects in the treatment and rehabilitation of diseases of the vocal apparatus, helping to reduce the level of anxiety, psychosocial stress, as well as increase the level of vitality. Using biorelaxation technology can increase stress levels and ensures the production of constructive behavior strategies in stress situations. Relaxing biofeedback helps to reduce muscle tension and raising the level of skin temperature as autonomic response of the patients at the beginning and end of the training differed significantly, and the vegetative balance towards the end of the course was shifted toward parasympathetic reactions.
The rapid development of innovative technologies and the rapid change in the social environment necessitate the search for tools for the formation of professional competence that meet the modern requirements of training students in vocational educational institutions. Purpose of the article: analysis of the implementation of foresight sessions in the professional self-development of students. Methodology: the article presents the dynamics of student participation in foresight sessions, an increase in the number of students over several years, as well as the results of a survey of participants in foresight sessions to determine the advantages of the method. Results: Conducting foresight sessions expands the possibilities of forming the professional competence of future specialists.
