This article aims to describe the role of Islamic community organizations in Indonesia's development. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis. The discussion results show that Islamic organizations played a role in the struggle for independence in the cases of the Nahdlatul Ulama Jihad Resolution and the Muhammadiyah Jihad Mandate. The role of post-independence until now has been Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Boarding School Education and Muhammadiyah Formal Education. Islamic organizations need to play an active role in Indonesia's development in terms of its role as a liaison between people's aspirations and the government. Also that Islamic organizations must increase their role in deradicalization programs to prevent terrorist acts and radicalism.
This research is about the image of the City District Government Sundanese culture in Purwakarta. A positive image not instinctive, but there are PR efforts through its activities, it is intended to establish a good relationship with the surrounding community. Efforts are being made fairly Purwakarta Government managed to build a culture based image Sundanese, besides Purwakarta also received many awards as the best district in the development of one-stop service. This Study is qualitative research with phenomenological approach, phenomenology is a study that explores the deepest experience of informants or objects of research, data collection was done primarily in the form of in-depth interviews with local government PR Purwakarta and secondary sources in the form of literature and supporting data such as historical and cultural presence in Purwakarta. Purposive sampling is the technique of selecting informants in this study. Research results indicate that the formation of the background image of the city Sundanese culture in Purwakarta Regent starting from the idea that has aspirations of hearts since he became ordinary people, he wants to build a more advanced Purwakarta and it wanted to show progress from all sides. The image of the City Sundanese culture development in Purwakarta seen from the aspect of education and infrastructure.
This research aims to gain an overview of the motives and self-concept of the nurses for therapeutic communication professionals and actors in public hospital in Sumedang. This study uses qualitative phenomenological study. The results showed that motives of nurses were "because of motives" and "in order to motives". All those things made the nurses have the self-concept that made of understanding of the therapeutic communication was needed ini applying the concept from significant others (parents, family, and the idols) and the group reference (closed group or the prime community around them. The impact of the research is expected to be able to contribute in efforts to improve nurses and health agencies' understanding of the importance of therapeutic communication. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang motif dan konsep diri dari perawat bagi para profesional komunikasi tarapeutik dan aktor di rumah sakit umum di Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi fenomenoogis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif dari perawat adalah "karena motif" dan "untuk motif". Semua hal-hal yang dibuat para perawat memiliki konsep diri yang terbuat dari pemahaman tentang komunikasi tarapeutik yang dibutuhkan dalam menerapkan konsep dari significant others (orang tua, keluarga dan berhala) dan kelompok acuan (kelompok tertutup atau masyarakat perdana di sekitar mareka. Dampak penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman perawat dan instansi kesehatan mengenai pentingnya komunikasi terapeutik.
This study aims to determine the therapeutic communication of Islamic perspectives conducted by nurses in cancer patients in Islamic Hospitals. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the study of symbolic interactionism. The results showed that the communication management carried out by RSI nurses in chemotherapy patients was carried out with an interpersonal approach, the use of persuasive sentences, empathic communication of patients' families, and trancedental communication. The meaning of verbal communication is done when providing relevant information to patients and collecting patient data. The meaning of non-verbal communication is done to read the patient's emotions through facial expressions and intonation. The symbolic interaction process can be seen when nurses treating chemotherapy patients have fear or worry when interacting with their patients.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik perspektif Islam yang dilakukan oleh perawat pada pasien kanker di Rumah Sakit Islam. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi interaksionisme simbolik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan komunikasi yang dilakukan para perawat RSI pada pasien kemoterapi dilakukan dengan pendekatan interpersonal, penggunaan kalimat persuasif, komunikasi empatik keluarga pasien dan komunikasi transedental. Makna komunikasi verbal dilakukan pada saat memberikan informasi penting kepada pasien dan mengumpulkan data pasien. Makna komunikasi non verbal dilakukan untuk membaca emosi pasien baik melalui ekspresi wajah maupun intonasi. Proses interaksi simbolik dapat dilihat pada saat perawat merawat pasien kemoterapi memiliki rasa takut atau khawatir pada saat berinteraksi dengan pasiennya.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Digital Public Relations melalui Media Internal Kontak PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Digital PR pada Media Internal Kontak melalui lima tahapan, yaitu (1) planning yakni dengan merencanakan tujuan dengan membuat perencanaan taktis yang dikategorisasikan menjadi penentuan rubrik, penentuan PIC dan penentuan tema pada setiap edisi Media Internal Kontak yang akan diterbitkan. (2) organizing dengan melakukan staffing (pembagian kerja) kepada seluruh individu yang terlibat dalam pembuatan konten Media Internal Kontak. (3) communicating yakni dengan memanfaatkan beberapa media diantaranya, portal internal E-office, Corporate Email dan Whatsapp untuk publikasi Media Internal Kontak kepada publik internal. (4) controlling dengan melakukan pengawasan bersifat internal berupa pengawasan konten, serta menampung saran dan kritik dari pembaca. (5) evaluating, menyewa jasa konsultan humas, melakukan evaluasi bulanan, serta melaksanakan evaluasi tahunan. ABSTRAK Kampanye PR merupakan hal yang penting dilaksanakan oleh humas dalam sebuah organisasi, karena dengan kegiatan tersebut organisasi dapat mengenalkan suatu hal dengan tujuan tertentu. Humas Bank Indonesia melakukan sebuah kegiatan kampanye PR yang unik dan menarik dalam upaya mengenalkan uang Rupiah tahun emisi 2016, peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagimana proses yang dilaksanakan oleh humas Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat dalam melaksanakan dan memilih strategi yang tepat dalam memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai ciri-ciri keaslian uang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus yang berusaha menggambarkan kegiatan melalui pertanyaan penelitian yaitu, pertama bagaimana perencanaan kampanye PR, selanjutnya adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan kampanye PR tersebut dan terakhir adalah mengapa humas menjadikan hasil penyebaran informasi sebagai indikator keberhasilan dan evaluasi kegiatan Kampanye ciri-ciri keaslian uang rupiah tahun emisi 2016. ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR PT. Pos Indonesia pada program bantuan sarana peribadatan mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus untuk mengetahui karakteristik dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah kasus dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan divisi PKBL PT. Pos Indonesia. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Kegiatan Responsibility CSR pada program bantuan sarana peribadatan, mulai dari tahap pertama yaitu perencanaan agenda proposal, peninjauan proposal, dan perencanaan anggaran. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pengorganisasian dengan mengorganisasikan persiapan, mengorganisasikan koordinasi dan mengorganisasikan pengelolaan anggaran. Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.
