The purpose of this study is to ascertain the influence of economic growth on development inequalities in West Java Province and on employment in the province. The data utilized in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2010 to 2019. The descriptive and multiple linear regression analyses were employed in this study.\. The results showed that the development disparity in West Java was high, as indicated by the Williamson index between 0.61 and 0.70. This study also found that economic growth partially and simultaneously had no significant effect on development disparities in West Java, and poverty also partly and simultaneously did not significantly affect development disparities in West Java.
Posyandu is an integrated health service post where the post is a Community-Based Health Effort (UKBM) held for the community. As a means for the community to obtain basic health services, especially for mothers and children. In its service posyandu there are still deficiencies in services such as registration of services and counseling is still done conventionally, and recording of health services to mothers and children in the process is still using the method of service recorded in a Health Towards Card (KMS). To resolve the above problems required an artificial intelligence-based information technology (artificial intelligence) by using a database or database knowledge (knowledge base). In order for the Posyandu Electronics to run well, human resource readiness is needed to manage. By because it needs a model of information technology through the Electronic IHC as a solution in resolving problems of maternal and child health services. Model utilization of electronic information technology posyandu this will be known association with the use of information technology karekteristi factor K , attitude, performance, and training conducted for health workers and cadres Posyandu. Penelitian a research descriptive dngan capture qualitative data through questionnaires were processed by using structural equation modeling through Amos, Liserel and SPSS. The final result of this study is the creation of a model for the use of information technology through Electronic Posyandu as a means of conducting maternal and child health services to prevent , inhibit and reduce the ratio of maternal and child mortality in Indonesia.

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh penyakit penyebab kematian di dunia dengan angka kejadian 10,0 juta (kisaran, 9,0–11,1 juta) penderita TB pada tahun 2018.1 Dalam pengelolaannya, kasus TB yang ditemukan harus dicatat dan dilaporkan oleh setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sesuai format yang ditentukan. Upaya pemberdayaan secara aktif untuk pelaporan kasus dilakukan dokter dengan bantuan teknologi menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kendala yang mempengaruhi minat dokter tidak menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. Data diperoleh lewat kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh dokter sebagai pemakai aplikasi sebanyak 129 kuesioner dengan mengolah 77 kuesionar dokter yang belum menggunakan aplikasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi negatif 86,2%, smartphone 79,5% dan kesiapan 78,5% paling mempengaruhi minat dokter dalam menggunakan aplikasi WifiTB. Sehingga dengan demikian upaya pendekatan persuasif perlu ditingkatkan guna menambah keyakinan dan kesiapan para dokter dalam menggunaan aplikasi WifiTB.
Background and Objective: As a referral health care facility, the hospital has prepared an Allrecord COVID-19 reporting system, which has been integrated with the Hospital Management Information System. To explain optimism and innovation perceptions. users' perceptions of comfort and security in the covid-19 reporting system application. Methods: The Mix-Method method was used in this study, with research subjects being Covid-19 data reporting officers at the Semarang COVID-19 referral hospital types C and B. The instrument employed a questionnaire with four dimensions (optimism, innovation, discomfort, and insecurity). Results: The perceived optimism obtained with a score of more than 3 is 86%, and with a score of less than 3 is 14%, indicating that this is consistent with the user's perception of optimism when using the Covid-19 reporting system application. The perception of innovation obtained is greater than a score of three, indicating a balance between agreeing and disagreeing with the perception of innovation from users of the COVID-19 reporting system application. The value of the user's perception of discomfort is greater than 3, with a score of 30%, and less than 3, with a score of 70%, indicating that they disagree with the user's perception of discomfort when using the co-19 reporting system application. Meanwhile, a perceived insecurity score greater than 3 is 0%, and a score less than 3 is 100%, indicating that it disagrees with the user's perception of insecurity when using the covid-19 reporting system application. Conclusion: The application for the COVID-19 reporting system is satisfactory, and users are eager to begin using it. Continuous socialization of the use of reporting systems is required in referral hospitals.
This study aims to analyze the factors of corruption and governance in determining the amount of Regional Government Revenue in all provinces in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative approach by analyzing the number of corruption cases that have been taken in kracht in court as well as the results of evaluations of the regional government performance from 2010 to 2017. A total of 30 provinces from 34 provinces in Indonesia were taken as samples to avoid abnormal distribution. The model used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) showing that the factors of corruption and governance determine significantly in the opposite direction, where the corruption factor determines the negative direction while the governance factor determines the Regional Government Revenue positively. The two independent variables show that there is a close relationship between corruption and governance, this can occur with improved governance, which will reduce the level of corruption so that it can increase Regional Government Revenue. One way of governance to reduce the occurrence of corruption is to implement the application of one-stop service and e-system.
