Desa Gending merupakan suatu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Gending, Kabupaten Probolinggo, terdiri dari 4 Dusun, 4 RW, 13 RT. Wilayah RT 09 Dusun Buyut merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada di desa Gending, Kecamatan Gending. Mayoritas penduduk RT 9 memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai peternak. Daerah Dusun Buyut pernah menjadi pusat budidaya ikan lele di Desa Gending, namun saat ini mulai ditinggalkan karena keberadaan pakan yang sedikit. Penerapan budikdamber sebagai pengembangan dari sistem akuaponik diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan minat masyarakat kembali dalam melakukan budidaya ikan dan sayuran dalam satu tempat, sehingga hasil panen yang didapat pun berlimpah serta mencukupi kebutuhan gizi yang berasal dari ikan dan sayuran. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan kembali potensi lokal berupa budidaya ikan lele, perlu dilakukan sebuah tindakan berupa sosialisasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan cara menyampaikan materi tentang hidroponik dan budikdamber yang diikuti oleh para ibu rumah tangga RT 9 dengan tujuan agar dapat mengisi waktu luang serta mengembangkan kemampuan budidaya ikan lele yang dulu pernah memelihara, selain itu juga sebagai bentuk pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah atau lahan sempit menjadi efisien dan menguntungkan. Praktik dilakukan dengan cara melakukan demonstrasi mengenai budikdamber yang didampingi oleh dosen dan tim mahasiswa, serta menyerahkan rakitan budikdamber beserta sayuran dan ikan kepada salah satu warga sebagai percontohan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra tentang budidaya ikan dalam ember (Budikdamber) serta adanya peningkatan kemandirian pangan keluarga dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah melalui budidaya sayuran dan ikan dalam satu tempat.

In this activity, counseling is able to foster intentions for cadet corals in Sukokerto Village, Pajarakan Subdistrict for entrepreneurship because the process of diversifying processing made from oyster mushrooms is easy to remember and easy to do so that after this extension activity ends up participants have the most advanced knowledge and skills[at diversification of product processing itself and can sell products online simply which can later grow entrepreneurial spirit. This research is a quantitative research. Primary data is the result of filling out questionnaires by all respondents, namely all mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. And secondary data in the form of all mushroom farmer data in Probolinggo with a total population of 60 mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. The selection of oyster mushroom farmer respondents was carried out using the census method. The samples in this study were all farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo use logs. By using this tool, it can increase the income of mushroom farmers. So that the oyster mushroom in Probolinggo is suitable to be used as a business / developed field. The marketing channel pattern of oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo uses two patterns. Namely the first pattern, mushroom farmers sell mushrooms to resellers, resellers will resell to retailers and retailers will sell again to end consumers. For the second pattern, mushroom farmers sell resellers, and resellers will sell directly to the final consumer. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the second channel is more profitable for farmers in terms of income.
Untuk menjaga stamina tubuh dalam kondisi Covid 19 yang melanda seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia dengan mengkonsumsi minuman-minuman tradisional, misalnya jahe. Jahe salah satu sumber daya alam yang cukup melimpah di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Dengan harga yang murah dan memiliki kandungan antioksidan yang cukup tinggi, jahe ini banyak di jumpai di pasar tradisional, dan ada juga yang sengaja membudidayakan di pekarangan rumah. Selain itu di dalam kandungan jahe banyak sekali senyawa aktif yang menyehatkan bagi tubuh, di tengah keterbatasan suplai produksi vitamin C dan sulit terjangkaunya bagi masyarakat menengah ke bawah. Jahe ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan sistem imun. Untuk itu pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan di Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pajarakan, Kabupaten Probolinggo memberikan pelatihan pada Ibu-Ibu PKK. Jahe ini diolah menjadi minuman tradisional, berupa jahe instan dalam bentuk serbuk. Pada pelatihan ini diharapkan ibu-ibu PKK dapat membuat jahe instan dan mengemasnya. Sehingga ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pajarakan Kabupaten Probolinggo memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan dalam membuat minuman jahe instan dengan baik dan benar, serta dapat mengemas minuman jahe instan yang layak untuk dijual. This research was conducted at IKM GAZAL MAKMUR, Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for owners to prepare financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards (SAK-EMKM). The type of research used is a qualitative case study approach. The data was taken by using the interview method, and documentation. The problem that occurs in IKM GAZAL MAKMUR is that financial records have been carried out using a simple method. The recording of cash in and cash out is considered to represent the entirety of the financial records carried out. This means that the application is not in accordance with the applicable SAK-EMKM. The limited capacity of human resources in preparing financial reports, which are not in accordance with SAK EMKM, is the main problem from the results of the research conducted.
