Condyloma acuminatum (CA) is a benign proliferation of the skin caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) in anogenital. Clinical manifestation of CA is characterized by small confluent papules forming cauliflower shaped. Incidence of CA is increased in men who have sex with men (MSM). Therapeutic modalities including application of podofiline, podofilotoxins and trichloroacetic acid (TCA). Several studies have reported the efficacy of potassium hydroxide solution as a non-irritative therapy. Reported one CA case in an MSM, on anal region. Diagnosis was establised by clinical manifestation and positive acetowhite test. Patients treated with application of TCA 80% once weekly, however new lesions appear after one-month treatment. New lesions treated with application of pottasium hydroxide 10% solution once daily. The entire lesion disappeared after 5x of TCA 80% application on old lesions and 13 days of pottasium hydroxide 10% solution on the new lesions.
