Masa remaja adalah masa transisi dimana terdapat banyak perubahan, dan terancam masalah salah satunya adalah keputihan yang membutuhkan pertimbangan khusus. Prevalansi data keputihan di wilayah provinsi Jawa Barat yang mengalami keputihan adalah sebesar 27,60%, dan dilihat dari sensus penduduk di Bekasi pada tahun 2014 jumlah remaja mencapai 318.864 jiwa dan yang mengalami keputihan adalah sebesar 29,48% dari populasi absolut. Sehingga dibutuhkan edukasi kesehatan agar remaja putri mengetahui perilaku mencegah keputihan yang baik dan benar. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Edukasi Kesehatan Tentang Hygiene Kewanitaan Terhadap Perilaku Remaja Putri dalam Mencegah Keputihan. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-experiment design dengan rancangan one group pretest and posttest. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden dengan Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, Instrumen penelitian adalah Angket (kuesioner). Uji statistik adalah parametric dengan menggunakan uji Paired Samples T-Test, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata perilaku remaja putri sebelum diberikan edukasi kesehatan dengan skor17,67, dan setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan dengan skor 27,43, dan ada pengaruh Edukasi Kesehatan Tentang Hygiene Kewanitaan Terhadap Perilaku Remaja Putri dalam Mencegah Keputihan dengan hasil p : 0,000 <0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa Edukasi kesehatan mampu meningkatkan Perilaku remaja putri dalam mencegah keputihan dengan demikian diharapkan remaja putri dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang telah didapatkan mengenai Hygiene kewanitaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk menjaga kesehatan organ reproduksi.
