Rezim pengelolaan perikanan perikanan Indonesia saat ini masih dianggap memiliki rezim open acces, dimana pemanfaatan dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang. Hal ini menyebabkan upaya penangkapan ikan di Selat Sunda juga tinggi dan penangkapan ikan terus mengalami peningkatan. Alat tangkap yang digunakan sangat beragam sehingga memiliki potensi penangkapan yang tidak terkendali. Saat ini, hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh dari berbagai jenis alat tangkap mengalami penurunan, baik jumlah maupun ukuran tertangkap yang semakin kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kerentanan sumberdaya ikan terhadap dinamika suhu permukaan laut di Perairan Selat Sunda berdasarkan data produktivitas dan suseptabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai September 2018. Ikan contoh diperoleh di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Labuan, Banten. Metode untuk analisis kerentanan, yaitu analisis produktivitas dan suseptibilitas (PSA). Hasil nilai PSA ikan kurisi, kembung lelaki, kuniran dan selar kuning menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiko kerentanan rendah (<1,6). Ikan kurisi (Nemipterus japonicus), kembung lelaki (Rastrelliger kanagurta), kuniran (Upeneus moluccensis), dan selar kuning (Sardinella leptolepis) memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi untuk mempertahankan populasinya dari aktivitas penangkapan. Hasil indeks kerentanan menunjukkan bahwa ikan selar kuning memiliki nilai paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan ketiga ikan lainnya karena fekunditas dan pola rekrutmen yang rendah.
