Schizophrenia is a disease that affects the brain and causes strange and disturbed thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements and behaviors called schizophrenia (Videbeck, 2008). Globally, the recurrence rate in people with mental disorders reaches 50% -92% due to non-compliance in treatment or due to lack of support and vulnerable living conditions with increased stress (Sheewangisaw, 2012). Clients diagnosed with schizophrenia are estimated to have a 50% relapse in the first year, 70% in the second year after discharge from hospital, and a 100% recurrence in the fifth year. . Data on patient visits at the Outpatient Polyclinic of RSJD Jambi Province in 2016 amounted to 38,330 visits, of which 35,448 visits were repeat visits and the remaining 2882 were new visits. It is hoped that the results of health education activities for patients and their families will understand the concept of nursing problems that cause mental disorder patients to recur.

Through community service activities by directly interacting with the community while still implementing the COVID-19 protocol, socialization was carried out about the importance of maintaining mental health in the community during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Community service at RT 30 Recognize Besar, the community can know, recognize and overcome how to recognize mental health disorders including anxiety and depression, it is hoped that the community will always think optimistically in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, by implementing health protocols, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regular exercise, always think positively, maintain communication with family and friends
Rheumatoid arthritis occurs in 0.5-1% of the adult population in developed countries. Based on data from Riskesdas (2018), there is an increase in joint disease, originally there was 7.3%, increased to 11.9%. The high incidence of Rheumatoid Arthritis is influenced by many factors, namely age, gender, genetics, sex hormones, and immunity. Rheumatoid arthritis should not be ignored, because it will damage the joints which cause severe pain. One of the measures that have been shown to be effective non-pharmacologically to reduce pain is to warm the affected joint. Warm compresses can be used in the treatment of pain and relax tense muscles. Plants that have substances as warming, anti-inflammatory and can increase blood flow such as lemongrass. The purpose of this activity is to provide education about rheumatoid arthritis and how to reduce pain by applying warm lemongrass compresses to residents in Lebak Bandung village. This service activity was carried out on 29-30 September 2020, by visiting the homes of residents who were the target of the activity. The target is the residents of Lebak Bandung village as many as 20 people. This activity consists of providing education with leaflet media and demonstrations using models. After education, all targets can understand and be able to demonstrate the application of warm lemongrass compresses. It is recommended that educational activities can be carried out routinely regarding health problems that are needed by the community
Acute Gastroenteritis (GEA) or diarrhea is still the main cause of morbidity in children in developing countries. The main cause of death in GEA is severe dehydration as a result of fluid and electrolyte salts in diarrheal stools and loss of zinc with the stool. GEA cases are also quite high in East Tanjung Jabung Regency based on BPS data for 2020, namely 3980 cases including GEA sufferers in children aged 0 months to 14 years as many as 174 cases based on January to 14 years. May 2020. The purpose of Community Service in the Keramas area, Parit Culum Village 1 Muara Sabak Barat, is that the condition of the area is close to a murky river and water sources do not mix with the river flow so there is a need for education about the risks resulting from less clean water sources such as GEA. Service activities are carried out from March to July 2022. The method of service is carried out in the form of counseling, demonstrations of hand washing, making salt sugar/ORS, and giving leaflets. As a result of the dedication, 10 enthusiastic mothers were present in the service, 3 mothers actively asked questions, 7 mothers were able to answer back the education delivered and all mothers could demonstrate together washing hands. The results of this community service are expected to increase awareness, especially mothers in teaching and reminding children to wash their hands diligently to prevent GEA and prevent severe dehydration due to GEA.
The increase in Covid-19 cases has now reached tens of millions of cases worldwide and in Indonesia itself in early February there has been an increase in cases to more than 270 thousand cases.The process of covid-19 transmission is quite fast, namely transmission between humans so that this pandemic cannot end because humans will always have mobility from one place to another. The protocol for oneself also needs to be built in a habit, especially when going in and out of the house because of having to work or have an urgent need. Community service activities are carried out in the form of health protocol education in and out of prevention of Covid-19 and provision of covid-19 prevention equipment which is carried out in RT 30 of KenaliBesar Village to 10 residents within the period of implementation from October to February 2021. Service activities include education, demonstrations, giving booklets, giving masks, handsanitizers and tissues. Before education, residents had high knowledge and habits as well as after education. However, some understanding and increasing better habits need to be realized by residents so that family members can avoid Covid19. Residents are quite enthusiastic and will try to familiarize themselves with health protocols in and out of the house so that family members can avoid Covid19
