Online news is the news that is widely accessed in this digital era, because it is faster, more accurate, and flexible. At the beginning of 2020, the whole world is facing the Corona or Covid-19 virus. In cyberspace itself, many sites have the Corona theme as their main news. However, it is not uncommon for language errors to be found in online news, both errors during the typing process, as well as pure errors from the personal error of the author who is not careful in using language rules. This study aims to determine how many types of language errors are in CNN Indonesia's online news about Covid-19 for the March 2020 period. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques in this study used the observation and note technique. Data analysis techniques were carried out starting from the beginning in the form of collection, recording, and classification. Based on the results of this study, four areas of language error were found, namely: (1) spelling (writing italics), (2) morphology (affix me (N) and prefix meN-), (3) syntax (illogical sentences, and non-logical sentences. frugal), (4) diction (connotative meaning and non-standard words). Kepentingan pemegang saham minoritas dalam perseroan sering kali bertentangan dengan rasa keadilan dan perlindungan hukum. Penelitian normatif ini membahas masalah perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang saham publik minoritas dan prinsip keadilan dalam perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang saham minoritas. Perlindungan hukum pemegang saham minoritas antara lain berhak mengusulkan RUPS (Pasal 79 ayat 2 huruf a), menggugat direksi (Pasal 97 ayat 6) maupun dewan komisaris (Pasal 114 ayat 6), memohon pemeriksaan perseroan (Pasal 138 ayat 3 huruf a), dan mengusulkan pembubaran perseroan (Pasal 144 ayat 1). UUPT melindungi hak pemegang saham publik minoritas berdasarkan prinsip silent majority. Prinsip keadilan untuk melindungi pemegang saham publik minoritas diderivasikan dari prinsip keadilan distributif, hak suara pemegang saham minoritas sebanding dengan porsi saham yang disetorkan, meskipun kesetaraan itu tidak sama rata. Pertimbangan hakim terkait perlindungan hukum pemegang saham publik minoritas didasarkan Pasal 138 ayat (3) huruf a UUPT, paling sedikit 1/10 dari jumlah seluruh saham. Pemegang saham publik minoritas memenuhi syarat mengajukan permohonan pemeriksaan SLJ ke pengadilan. Agar syarat minimal 1/10 dari jumlah seluruh saham menjadi pedoman untuk melindungi hak pemegang saham minoritas dan sebagai derivasi dari prinsip keadilan distributif. tentang pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran tematik di SDIT Labschool Al Fatah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kisi-kisi pedoman wawancara, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Responden utama adalah guru kelas I-VI SDIT Labschool Al Fatah. Teknik analisis data data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas I-VI SDIT Labschool Al Fatah sudah cukup baik dan guru pun cukup memahami mengenai strategi pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran tematik dan mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Stategi pendidikan katakter pada pembelajaran tematik dapat diterapkan dengan efektif. Dengan demikian, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran tematik sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa.
