AbstrakIndustri sepatu merupakan industri yang mempunyai peluang dan prospek pasar yang baik. Sepatu adalah salah satu produk yang tidak hanya ditunjukan untuk permintaan dalam negeri tetapi juga dikembangkan untuk pasar ekspor. Untuk itu sebagai salah satu produsen sepatu, PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia berusaha melakukan produksi secara efektif dan efisien dengan cara mengalokasikan faktor-faktor produksi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku terhadap hasil produksi sepatu PT Kharisma Baru Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil produksi. Sedangkan secara simultan, ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil produksi.
The aims of this research are for Analyzing the influence of professional teacher competence, learning motivation, and learning styles of students for economic understanding of eleventh grades student of SMA Negeri 1 Gondang, Nganjuk. In this research, writer uses quantitative methods as a research methodology. Population in this research are eleventh grades students in SMA Negeri 1 Gondang who are 112 students. Writer uses Simple Random Sampling as a Research technique which consists of 88 samples. Result of this research shows There is 77, 3% significance between professional teacher competence, students’ learning motivation, students’ learning styles and economic understanding of students
Relations of Anemia in Pregnancy With Inpartu Kala II Lama in BPM Ny. Suhariyati Surabaya. Anemia in pregnancy in Indonesia is still high, with a national rate of 65% which each region has different variations, anemia is one of the causes of prolonged labor. BPM Ny. Suhariyati Surabaya in December 2014 of 18 people inpartu obtained 6 (33.33%) who have anemia, of the 6 3 occurred prolonged second stage and 12 persons (66.7%) were not anemic, of the 12 people 3 people experiencing prolonged second stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal anemia during long inpartu the second stage in the BPM Ny. Suhariyati Surabaya. This study uses an observational analytic study design and by the time the study was cross sectional study with a research population is all women berslin in BPM Ny. Suhariyati a total of 90 people for 2 months. Selection of the sample by simple random sampling with a large sample studied was 40. The variables in this study are anemic pregnant women and old stage II. At the time of data collection procedures inpartu using primary data and the processing of data by cross tables and chi square test. Based on the results of the study of 40 people found 14 (35.00%) had anemia which consists of 4 people (28.57%) had stage II normal and 10 (71.42%) experienced a prolonged second stage. The conclusions of this study is almost half inpartu mothers have anemia, mostly mothers inpartu experiencing prolonged second stage and there is a relationship between maternal anemia during inpartu with prolonged second stage. Advice for pregnant women should undergo hemoglobin levels every 3 months and taking 90 tablets Fe to pregnant women during pregnancy.
The objectives of this study is: "to find out whether or not there Is the influence between the students who are taught by using mind mapping technique and who are not taught by using mind mapping technique ". The 60 samples out of 120 students from the eighth grade students were chosen by means purposive sampling technique. It used quasi-experimental method, nonrandomized pretest and posttest design. The data was analyzed using independent t-test for SPSS. The result showed that t-obtained was 6.20, while t-table was 2.04. it means that there was the influence between the students who were taught by using mind mapping technique and who were not taught by using mind mapping technique.
