The industrial sector is a pertinent driving force for economic development in developing countries, including Indonesia. Therefore, the industrial sector more than other industries must be prepared to become a leading sector. One of the industrial sectors growing in the Banyumas district is the food industry, especially cakes and bread. This research aims to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and raw material on the production of the food items and identify the independent variables that influence the production the most. The population of this study is 108 bread and cake business units. The sampling technique used is Stratified Random Sampling based on the number of workers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which refers to the Cobb-Douglas production function using natural logarithms. The results show that capital, labor, and raw materials partially have a positive and significant effect on production; capital, labor, and raw materials simultaneously have a substantial impact on production; the most influential variable on production is the raw material. The research implies that the bakery industry in Banyumas Regency should use a combination of production factors such as capital, labor, and raw materials optimally to increase production. Furthermore, it is hoped that the Banyumas Regency Government and financial institutions can increase the ease of access to capital to support business development. To increase labor productivity, the government and companies can facilitate to improve their knowledge and skills. Keywords: capital, labor, raw materials, production

The purpose of this research is to determine the need for optimal raw material supplies at Nadya Furniture in Ambon City for a certain period of time, so that there is no delay in raw materials and production targets are set to be achieved. This type of research is qualitative research. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis tools used are demand forecasting with time series method and Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results showed that the optimal order amount for ironwood was 96 meters for January and 396 meters for February, for linggua wood was 1,568 meters for January and 2,616 meters for February, and Linggua Board was 420 meters for January and 920 meters for February 2020. inventory costs for each raw material namely Ironwood Rp. 3,139,744, Linggua Wood Rp. 3,420,016, Hensel cabinet Rp. 2.603.920, House lock Rp. 1.965.768, cupboard handle Rp. 1.965.760, Mirror Rp. 1.765.600, Hensel door Rp. 1.673.400 and Door handle Rp. 2.874.528

Human resources is one of the company’s most important resources. The optimum performance of each employee will undoubtedly be achieved when the workload given to each employee is evenly distributed. Therefore, a workload measurement is required to identify whether each employee’s given workload is evenly distributed. XYZ Inc. is a steel manufacturing company. The production process for each order can take about 1-3 months. Especially for production in the Pressure Part, it can take a long time due to the product’s shape, massive volume, and complexity. In this research, workload measurements were conducted with employees (n=7) of the Production Planning Control of the Pressure Part using a combination of weighted FTE, conventional FTE, and NASA-TLX. The obtained index value results using the FTE is 1.69 (overload), and using W-FTE is 2,3 (overload). The result of the NASA-TLX method is an average WWL value of 76.19 (high). Index of W-FTE is after the FTE index value has been determined, the optimal number of employees is calculated based on the FTE index. Based on the results, adding three new employees (n=10) to equalize the workload in production planning control is necessary to lower the average FTE index value by 1.18 (inload).
