Air cooling is a near dry machining method, which cools cutting area and evacuates chips
using low temperature cold wind instead of cutting liquid. It can decrease tool wear, increase tool
life, reduce machining cost and bring no chemical pollution. In this paper, air cooling test was
carried on, in which vortex tube was used for cooling and high hardness bear steel GCr15 was
machined by PCBN tool. Experiment results indicated that cold air from vortex tube has a
significant effect on cutting force, cutting temperature and chip formation process. This paper’s
conclusions will have a great reference value for the practical application of air cooling technology.
These observations indicate that high levels of activating and low levels of inhibitory KIR signals may affect the functions of NK cells and T cells. This imbalance enables the innate and adaptive immune responses of the host to be easily triggered by pathogens, resulting in the overproduction of local and systemic cytokines that contribute to the pathogenesis of ReA.
For the pressure vessels made of high-strength Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) and Aluminum liner, the strength is provided by the CFRP, but the liner leak is always the bottleneck of the vessels’ safety. The carrying capacity and anti-fatigue ability of CFRP pressure vessels is largely depend on the elastic deformation range. In this research the principle of autofrettage is analyzed, the mechanical character of a certain 2 liters pressure vessel is analyzed using finite element software ANSYS, and the optimal autofrettage pressure is calculated by optimization method. The results showed that the stresses of the liner under working pressure were decreasing while applying the autofrettage pressure. The liner would gain the best plastic level under the appropriate autofrettage pressure.
This paper studies the international supply chain finance among trading countries under the Internet financial environment. By introducing “One Belt And One Road” and “supply chain finance”, this paper analyzes the main supply chain finance models involved in the “One Belt And One Road” strategy, and uses clustering method to analyze and summarize the financial risks of supply chain. The analysis results are obtained through data mining reasoning. On this basis, it mainly uses Internet information technology, big data analysis and other technologies to deal with the risks in the international supply chain, and puts forward constructive suggestions to promote the coordinated development of supply chain finance among countries.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
