The study aims to describe the characteristics of unemployed workers in Central Java Province and to determine the model of educated unemployment duration. It uses the linear regression model of 1721 workforces that are sampled from National Labor Survey 2015. The model regress the unemployment duration on age, sex, education level, income during unemployment period and GRDP of the industrial, service and agricultural sectors. Findings and Originality: The results show that variables of age, sex, the income of job seekers, education level at junior and senior high school level and GRDP in the agricultural sector have a positive effect on the unemployment duration. The variables of the status of household head, the high school education level, as well as the GRDP service sector, negatively effect the unemployment duration. Thus, it is recommended for the Central Java province government to develop service sectors to shorten the duration of unemployment in Central Java Province.
<p>Pengelolaan data dan dokumen pada lembaga pendidikan khususnya terkait dengan kegiatan akreditasi dan data siswa kini harus dikelola secara elektronik. TK ABA 59 saat ini masih mengelola seluruh data proses belajar mengajar dan data siswa secara manual. Pengajar ataupun tenaga kependidikan masih belum memahami pentingnya mengelola semua itu secara elektronik. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah membuka pemikiran dan membekali skill pengelolaan dokemen dan data secara elektronik. Dengan dilaksakannya pengelolaan data dan dokumen secara elektronik diharapkan mampu meningkartkan kinerja dan komunikasi antara Pengelola dengan stakeholder. Lebih lanjut diharapkan agar kepercayan masyarakat terhadap TK ABA 59 juga akan meningkat. Metode pelaksanaan program ini meliputi training dan pendampingan. Dengan training dan pendampingaan pengelolaan data dan dokumen secara elektronik diharapkan mampu memberikan soulsi yang sesui bagi permasalahan di TK ABA 59.</p><p>Kata Kunci: <em>data siswa, akreditasi, dokumen elektronik.</em></p>
The purpose of this study was to analyze the antecedent variables that affect business performance in the handicraft sector SMEs in Central Java. The population of this study are all owners of handicraft SMEs in Central Java. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires, and processed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The loading factor value of each indicator on the latent variable shows a significant value. Based on the results showed a significant positive effect on the direct effect of knowledge sharing on innovative behavior, and innovative performance behavior on business performance. The direct relationship of knowledge sharing on innovative behavior shows the dominant influence value. The indirect effect of knowledge sharing on MSME business performance is mediated by innovative behavior. The results of this study contribute to strengthening social capital theory, the concept of organizational citizenship behavior, resource based view and knowledge based view theory.
This study aims to find out the partial and together influence variables of process innovation, product innovation, and technology for operational performance at PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran. The data analysis technique used multiple regression as technique analysis. The data collection methode in this study used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS with the results of the equation Y = 1.609 + 0.364X1 + 0.388X2 + 0.274X3. From this analysis it can be concluded that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a positive effect on operational performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test shows that process innovation, product innovation, and technology affect operational performance by 71.7% while 28, 3% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. The results of the t-test and f-test in this study indicate that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a significant effect on operational performance either partially or simultaneously.
This study aims to determine the work probability model for measuring the probability of looking for job by age, gender, status as head of household, income while looking for job, education level and market wages, using SAKERNAS data and multiple logistic models. This model will examine the significance of the effect of education level, age, gender and market wages on the probability of Work. After being tested, then an estimate is made on the probability of working and the probability of looking for work. The results show that the probability of looking for work is higher for the workforce who are older, have income while looking for work, have junior high school, high school and college education and are in the higher category of market wages. The theoretical implications of the independent variables involved can be used to determine the working probability model because it fits the hypothesis and theory, especially search theory. The resulting policy implications are to encourage the expansion of access to job information and reduce the cost of managing job requirements, expand access to capital for entrepreneurs and adjust wage policies.
<p><em>This study aims to find out the influence of production factors) to the yarn production output at PT Subah Spinning Mills and to find out the technical efficiency level of yarn production factors usage in PT Subah Spinning Mills. The data type which used is the secondary. The time series data used in this research in months is from January 2015 to December 2017, there were 36 series (months). The analysis tools in this study are multiple linear regression and efficiency test. Based on the data processing result, machine work (X2) and the quantity of raw materials (X3) have positives influence to the yarn production output in PT Subah Spinning Mills, while the number of labor (X1) has a negative effect to the yarn production output in PT Subah Spinning Mills. The technical efficiency level of raw materials usage and the machine work were efficient respectively; it means that the raw materials and machine usage in PT Subah Spinning Mills had been classified in the technically efficient category. For the labors factor, the technical efficiency level of the labors usage is inefficient, in order to that, the research recommend the company to put more investment on the machine factors in hope it increasing the amount of yarn production at PT SUBAH SPINNING MILLS. Based on the results of return to scale (RTS) with a value of less than 1, the number of return to scale (RTS) is in decreasing return, which means that if there is an additional production factors, the additional production output will have a less proportion than the previous production.</em></p>
Penelitian tentang peluang kerja dilakukan dengan pendekatan search theory yang menyatakan bahwapeluang kerja merupakan kesediaan pencari kerja untuk bekerja. Keputusan ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik individu yang secara langsung akan berpengaruh terhadap reservation wage. Untuk penelitian pada mahasiswa praktikan akan digunakan variabel jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua sebagai PNS, pegawas swasta maupun sebagai wirausaha, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diharapkan berpengaruh terhadap kelayakannya untuk diterima atau tidak diterima bekerja. Layaknya diterima ditentukan oleh motivasi dari praktikan untuk menyenangi pekerjaan yang dilakukan selama melaksanakan magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Dengan menggunakan model logistik berganda secara bersama-sama jenis kelamin, umur, pendapatan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua sebagai PNS, pegawas swasta maupun sebagai wirausaha, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap probabilitas layak dan tidak layaknya mahasiswa magang, sehuingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut akan menentukan alumni untuk diterima di perusahaan tempat magang atau di perusahaan lain yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan perusahaan tempat magang.
This study aims to determine the antecedent variables that affect business performance and to determine the role of altruist innovative variables in mediating the relationship between managerial work efficacy and business performance. The object of this research is tour & travel industry in Central Java. The sample of this research is the director of each research object as the leader and main decision maker in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic situation and the new normal era. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. Based on statistical results, the six hypotheses that have been proposed show that the five hypotheses have a significant positive effect on all relationships between variables and one hypothesis has no effect. The indirect effect of independent variables on business performance is in two strategies, namely linking managerial work efficacy to business performance through altruism innovative and linking altruism innovative to business performance through the strength of the work team. The dominant influence between variables is shown from the relationship between the strength of the work team on readiness to change. Namely linking managerial work efficacy to business performance through innovative altruism and linking innovative altruism to business performance through the strength of the work team.
