The demand for safe food is quite high while the decision to buy safe food is quite low. The study aims to find out the factors that influence the purchase decision safe food and on that basis, propose some suggestion for manufacturers and distributors in order to stimulate consumption for safe food. This study used the survey of 318 consumers in Vietnam in combination with the EFA method and regression of OLS to find out the factors affecting the decision to buy safe food of Vietnamese consumers. This study shows that there are four factors having positive effects on Vietnamese consumers'ʹ purchase decision. Attitude, value factor is the strongest impact and consumer trust is the weakest impact on the consumer's purchase decision safe food.
Development investement of agricultural production with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards is an objective trend of sustainable agriculture. The study used methods of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), compare means and Difference in Differences (DID) to Assessing the effectiveness of development investement in agricultural production applying GAP standard of household with grape and apple production in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam. The results indicate that participation in GAP does not really make a difference in technical efficiency (TE) compared to the rest of the group due to the large dispersion, but it led to an increase in the Total Factor Productivity Change (TFPCH) higher than the other groups. Therefore, it is necessary to find solutions to promote investment in agricultural production following GAP standards.
Nowadays, the economy has been developing, therefore the enterprises are facing several economic challengers. High quality employees who are loyal to the enterprises would create great advantages in the competition of the enterprises in the industrial parks. Finding out the factors affecting the work motivation of employees in the industrial parks would help the enterprises working out solutions about stimulating work motivation. This study was used the results of a survey of 225 employees working in the industrial parks in Vietnam in combination with EFA method and regression of OLS to find out the factors affecting work motivation of employees. It is shown that there are five factors that were found positively impacting on work motivate, and in which the nature of work is the strongest influence while material is the weakest factor affecting work motivation.
