Цель. Цель исследования – обосновать и показать на конкретном примере методику расчетов прямого и сопутствующего эффекта прироста объемов реализованной продукции и на этой основе обеспечить преподавателей и студентов высших учебных заведений, а также специалистов отрасли современным методическим инструментарием. Методология / методика / поход. При проведении данного исследования использованы общенаучные и специальные методы, а именно: абстрактно-логический – для обоснования методики расчетов величины прибыли в расчете на единицу продукции, метод экономического сравнения – при сравнении базового и расчетного вариантов, а также графический метод – при выявлении тенденций изменения показателей реализованной продукции. Результаты. Исследование структуры экономического эффекта, вызванного увеличением объемов реализации товарной продукции, имеет свои особенности. Внедрение новых организационно-экономических мероприятий приводит не только к прямому экономическому, но и существенному сопутствующему эффекту. Приводятся особенности расчетов экономической эффективности инновационных разработок на пищевых предприятиях. В частности, представлена методика исчисления размера прибыли в расчете на единицу товара и всего по предприятию, в том числе за счет роста объема реализованной продукции, снижения себестоимости и повышения цен на товары. Вполне очевидно, что по мере роста объемов реализации увеличивается размер прибыли. Однако здесь выявлена следующая закономерность: прирост прибыли за счет снижения себестоимости продукции, как правило, выше прироста прибыли от увеличения объема товаров. Данная зависимость подтверждена на конкретном примере предприятия по производству пива. Оригинальность / научная новизна. Проведенные исследования показали, что эффективность внедрения инновационных разработок на предприятиях, направленных на повышение объемов товарной продукции, зависят не только от размеров прироста объемов реализации, снижения их себестоимости и роста цен, но и от исходного состояния производства, выраженного в соотношении постоянных и переменных затрат и сложившегося уровня рентабельности продукции. Превышение эффекта, вызванного снижением себестоимости продукции, над эффектом роста объемов реализованного товара обеспечивает та инновационная разработка, которая при прочих условиях внедряется на предприятиях, имеющих более высокие показатели доли постоянных затрат, а рентабельность продукции ниже. Полученные результаты исследования выполнены авторами впервые на примере деятельности конкретного предприятия пищевой отрасли. Практическая ценность / значимость. Выше изложенное позволяет утверждать, что экономическая оценка структуры прямого и сопутствующего эффекта роста объемов реализации продукции на пищевых предприятиях отличается простотой применения и потому окажется достаточно востребованной как в учебных целях, так и в реальных производственных условиях.
Цель статьи. Цель статьи – разработать и предложить методику градации степеней эффективности реализованной продукции в сельском хозяйстве и на этой основе обеспечить преподавателей и студентов высших учебных заведений, а также специалистов отрасли современным методическим инструментарием, в том числе с использованием нетрадиционных методов. Методология / методика / подход. При проведении исследования использованы общенаучные и специальные методы, а именно абстрактно-логический – для изучения и выявления особенностей показателей эффективности реализованной продукции, а также установления взаимосвязи между ними; статистико-экономический – для анализа сложившихся показателей производства и реализации продукции основных культур в конкретном сельскохозяйственном предприятии; анализа и синтеза – при выявлении уровней окупаемости затрат выбранного предприятия и их градации. Динамика анализированных показателей за 2013–2017 годы, а также среднегодовые их значения наглядно представлены на графиках. Результаты. В результате исследования выявлена взаимосвязь экономических показателей, характеризующих эффективность произведенной и реализованной продукции, при этом подчеркивается ключевое значение окупаемости затрат. На основе проведенных математических расчетов показана зависимость рентабельности реализованной продукции и окупаемости затрат от величины цены реализации и удельных переменных затрат. В статье обоснована градация показателей окупаемости затрат на основе шести уровней: критического, минимального, умеренного, рационального, оптимального и высокого. По каждому уровню приводится формула для их определения. На основе реальных данных производства и реализации пшеницы, ячменя, гороха, кукурузы и подсолнечника конкретного сельскохозяйственного предприятия выполнены расчеты показателей окупаемости затрат по каждому уровню. Оригинальность / научная новизна. Впервые представлена градация показателей окупаемости затрат и методика их определения. Для наглядности и удобства использования они представлены в виде специальной таблицы. Практическая ценность / значимость. Экономическую оценку достигнутых показателей эффективности реализованной продукции не корректно оценивать на основании сопоставления их абсолютных значений. Как показали исследования, такую оценку следует проводить на основании сопоставления фактических значений полученной прибыли в расчете на единицу площади со значениями постоянных затрат по каждой культуре отдельно. Предложенная методика отличается простотой в применении и в связи с этим является доступной для широкого использования как в учебных, так и производственных целях.
