In the body of political parties in Indonesia, it cannot be denied that there are oligarchies that can affect the nomination and candidacy mechanisms so that they do not work as they should. nomination of candidates by political parties is often based on the wishes of the political party elite, not based on the quality and integrity of the candidates. Political dynasties strengthen networks of power from the regional to the central level, whose orientation is to maintain power within political parties. The purpose of this research is to reveal comprehensively about the developing political dynasties in Indonesia. This research method is a literature review study, by exploring legal products, journals, articles, and documents. The data collection technique is done by noting literature sources. The research analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach using the content analysis model. The results of the study, political dynasties in Indonesia were carried out in two ways: by design and by accident. The political dynasty by design has been around for a long time. Relatively, the network of familism in government is already strong, so that relatives who enter the government or participate in political contestation have been arranged in such a way as to engineer the success of their goals. As for the political dynasty by accident occurs in a situation of succession of government which suddenly nominates relatives to replace them in order to maintain informal power over their successors if they win in political contestation. Dynastic politics can actually be accepted and not questioned as long as the recruitment and selection system for candidates in political contestation in Indonesia runs fairly and professionally. Therefore, the determination of candidates or candidates in political contestation in Indonesia must be based on a meritocratic system, which gives more rights to anyone with good achievements and track records to occupy strategic seats in government. Keywords: Politics, Dynasty, Candidate, regional elections Abstrak Di tubuh partai politik di Indonesia tidak dapat dipungkiri adanya oligarki yang dapat mempengaruhi mekanisme pencalonan dan kandidasi sehingga tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. pencalonan kandidat oleh partai politik seringkali seringkali berdasarkan keinginan elit partai politik, bukan berdasarkan kualitas dan integritas calon. Dinasti politik memperkuat jaringan kekuasaan mulai dari tingkat daerah hingga pusat, yang orientasinya mempertahankan kekuasaan dalam tubuh partai politik. Tujuan penelitian, ini untuk mengungkap secara komprehensif tentang dinasti politik yang berkembang di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan studi literature review, dengan menelusuri produk hukum, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen-dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencatat sumber literatur. Analisis penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis isi. Hasil Penelitian, Dinasti politik di Indonesia dilakukan dengan dua cara: by design dan by accident. Dinasti politik by design telah terbentuk sejak lama. Secara relasi, jejaring familisme dalam pemerintahan sudah kuat, sehingga kerabat yang masuk dalam pemerintahan atau terjun dalam kontestasi politik sudah diatur sedemikian rupa untuk merekayasa keberhasilan tujuannya. Adapun dinasti politik by accident terjadi dalam situasi suksesi pemerintahan yang secara tiba-tiba mencalonkan kerabat untuk menggantikannya demi menjaga kekuasaan informal erhadap penggantinya jika menang dalam kontestasi politik Kesimpulan. Politik dinasti sejatinya bisa diterima dan tidak dipersoalkan selama dalam pelaksanaan sistem perekrutan dan pemilihan calon dalam kontestasi politik di Indonesia berjalan secara adil dan profesional. Oleh karenanya, penentuan calon atau kandidat dalam kontestasi politik di Indonesia harus didasarkan pada sistem meritokrasi, yakni memberikan hak lebih kepada siapapun yang memiliki prestasi dan track record yang baik untuk menduduki kursi-kursi strategis dalam pemerintahan. Pilkada serentak ini bertepatan dengan terjadi pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia. Aktoraktor politik dan partai politik harus berfikir luas mengenai kampanye politik yang harus ia lakukan dalam mempengaruhi partisipasi politik masyarakat di Pilkada 2020 Tangerang Selatan. Saat terjadinya pandemi covid-19, teknologi internet dalam penggunaannya terjadi peningkatan dalam penggunaan media sosial, pada proses pelaksanaan kampanye yang dilakukan oleh pasangan calon walikota dan walikota. Media sosial menjadi suatu instrumen yang penting dalam kampanye politik untuk mempengaruhi partisipasi politik masyarakat guna memberikan informasi terkait rancangan program kerja yang akan diusung pasangan calon walikota dan wakil walikota. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial mempunyai peran penting dalam mempengaruhi partisipasi politik masyarakat. dikarenakan dalam penggunaannya media sosial sangat mudah dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses media sosisal. Disamping iitu pun para peserta calon walikota dan wakil walikota bisa menjadikan media sosial sebagai suatu sarana kampanye politik yang dimana pandemi covid-19 ini mengharuskan masyarakat untuk berada di rumah saja. Tujuan artikel ini dibahas untuk mengetahui masyarakat dalam berparitsipasi politik yang dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media sosial dalam Pilkada 2020 Tangerang Selatan.
Public policy is an alternative carried out by the government in dealing with problems that occur in society. The provision of public transportation services by the government with online transportation service providers still causes disquilibrium in the process of implementing public policy. PM 15 of 2019 with PM 118 of 2018 as a policy that regulates public transportation occurs disquilibrium in the policy, the existence of online transportation providing public transportation services finds losses on driver income and Regional Native Income as a public transportation levy, KIR test as a treatment of public transportation and a form of government supervision does not occur in online transportation, Vehicle storage facilities do not have to be owned by online transportation compared to must-have public/conventional transportation and vehicle maintenance and repair. From the various approaches that are widely proposed by many experts, this research will combine the tools of successful public policy implementation, namely 1) Communication 2) Goals 3) Program Implementation, 4) Implementation Context, 5) Compliance and Response. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques carried out through field observation, interviews and documentation. The result is that the transportation policy has a disquilibirum on one transportation service where the transportation manager has a difference of view between public services and profits, therefore disquilibriumbecomes evident in the implementation of the policy. In conclusion, the general transportation policy has its own goals in regulating driver operations, not in the transportation service manager
Role of regional government in socializing the policy produced by SKPD of this local government is an obligation for every apparatus to socialize that policy so that the society, as the main receiver of the related polciy, will get their rights and obligations properly. The communication of regional government in this research can be discussed in more explicit regarding the flow of that communication delivery from the government to the community. The method used in this research was decriptive with qualitative approach and applied the theory of Edward III to see the stages of communication in its role in socializing the policy of the Government of South Tangerang City. Those types of socialization media were main instruments of regional government pf South Tangerang to socialize policies. There was another type of socialization namely direct media or socializing to every neighbourhood. The conclusion of this research was that the socializing of policies has been conducting through various types of media; online, printed, and electronics. The Office of Communication and Informatics of South Tangerang City played its role also in regards to socialization by cooperating with Press Councils to monitor the behaviors of media. It is suggested that th e Government of South Tangerang City keeps improving their performance in socializing policies so that these will reach the purposes of the policies produced in order to build law order society towards the policies made.
