Este estudo teve como objetivos (i) identificar os níveis de comprometimento organizacional, entrincheiramento organizacional e engajamento no trabalho e (ii) analisar a relação entre o comprometimento organizacional, entrincheiramento organizacional e engajamento no trabalho dos servidores técnico-administrativos de uma Instituição Federal de Ensino. A pesquisa foi realizada com 79 servidores Técnico–Administrativos, ocupantes de diversos cargos, pertencentes a uma Institutos Federais de Ensino, localizada no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Esta pesquisa é descritiva, com emprego de abordagem metodológica quantitativa, e para a coletada de dados utilizou-se o um questionário com questões fechadas, para investigar os níveis de comprometimento organizacional, entrincheiramento organizacional e engajamento no trabalho e suas dimensões. Os resultados encontrados apontam um nível alto de comprometimento, mediano de entrincheiramento e de engajamento no trabalho dos servidores. Com relação as correlações os resultados deste estudo apontaram uma correlação positiva e significativa do comprometimento e do engajamento no trabalho principalmente com a dimensão dedicação, já com o entrincheiramento os resultados apontaram uma correlação negativa e significante com o engajamento no trabalho, sendo os resultados mais significantes com a dimensão de limitações de alternativas.
