CV. SS belum menerapkan manajemen K3 secara baik sehingga menyebabkan timbulnya beberapa kecelakaan kerja serta kesehatan para pekerja mengalami gangguan akibatnya proses produksi CV. SS menjadi terganggu. Sedangkan untuk memenangkan persaingan, CV.SS harus bisa mewujudkan kualitas layanan terbaik kepada customer di dalam produk-produknya, termasuk salah satunya aspek responsiveness atau kecepatan respon berkenaan dengan informasi dan produk itu sendiri. Di dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis risiko kerja yang berakibat pada keselamatan dan kesehatan para karyawan di CV. SS, sehingga CV, SS dapat melakukan tindakan pengendalian dan pencegahan terhadap bahaya yang muncul. Dari pendekatan metode hazop diperoleh 5 sumber hazard yang muncul dimana sumber hazard conveyor bahan memiliki tingkat risiko paling tinggi sehingga mendapat prioritas terlebih dahulu untuk diperbaiki.
Objectives Chitosan is a natural polysaccharide widely used in various clinical applications including regeneration of skin tissue. Aloe vera has properties in healing burns on the skin, anti-inflammatory effect, and leaves a protective layer on the skin after drying so it provides protection to the wound. The spray gel of chitosan–A. vera was developed as a wound healing that has combined of effect of both component and easy to use. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical stability and irritability of chitosan–A. vera spray gel. Methods The spray gel stability test was conducted using thermal cycling and centrifugation methods. The organoleptic, viscosity, and pH of the spray were evaluated. The irritation test was performed by Draize Rabbit Test method. Results Chitosan (0.5%)–A. vera (1%) spray gel characteristics has a weak yellow color, clear, and a strong A. vera odor. The pH of the spray gel was 4.88 ± 0.01; and the viscosity was 36.50 ± 0.23 cps. The result from the chitosan (0.5%)–A. vera (1%) spray gel stability test using thermal cycling method showed a decrease of viscosity, but remained stable when evaluated using centrifugation method. There was no difference in the pH and organoleptic observation from both tests. Based on the scoring and analysis of the reaction in rabbit skin, the Primary Irritation Index (PII) obtained was 0.56. Conclusions The spray gel of chitosan (0.5%)–A. vera (1%) was stable and according to response category from the acute dermal irritation test, it can be concluded that chitosan (0.5%)–A. vera (1%) spray gel had a slightly irritating effect.
Background: It has been reported that children are already practicing self-medication. Indeed, at the children’s age, they are not allowed to self-medicate due to limited knowledge regarding self-medication, leading to inappropriate drug therapy or self-toxicity becoming problems in public health. Objective: This study aimed to determine how school-age adolescents carry out self-medication behavior. Methods: The study was designed as a cross-sectional in which data were collected using questionnaire methods. There were 195 students recruited in this study, consisting of SDN Keputih-245 Elementary School students, SMPN 19 Surabaya Junior High School, and SMAN 11 Surabaya Senior High School. Results: The results showed that most of the students had purchased medicine independently without a doctor’s prescription. The primary source of information regarding self-medication by school students is family. Although most of the respondents stated they always inform their parents or doctors, it has been found that the practice of self-medication by school-age teenagers without informing their parents or doctors exists. Moreover, less than 50% of student respondents believe that self-medication is safe. Conclusion: The role of pharmacists is urgently needed to pro- vide proper education related to drug information and self-medication to increase school-age students’ knowledge.
Intisari— Emisi karbon terbesar berasal dari residu yang ditinggalkan dari aktivitas manusia. Pada volume besar dan tak terkendali, emisi ini menjadi penyebab utama pemanasan global. Sumbangsih emisi gas buang juga bersumber dari aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat. Di negara Indonesia, yang termasuk dalam kategori negara berkembang, aktivitas masyarakat lebih banyak terakumulasi di tingkat desa. Desa Penambangan merupakan desa yang terletak di kabupaten Sidoarjo provinsi Jawa timur yang memiliki luas wilayah kurang lebih 150 Ha dengan jumlah penduduk 5.816 jiwa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kajian dengan pendekatan system dynamics bagaimana penanganan sampah di desa tersebut. Model system dynamics yang dihasilkan bisa digunakan untuk bahan pertimbangan pemerintah desa Penambangan dalam menangani sampah. Berdasarkan simulasi model, seiring berjalannya waktu, total tingkat emisi karbon dari sampah desa meningkat rata-rata 10.8% tiap bulan. Dengan melakukan penanganan sampah organing yang lebih komprehensif, emisi karbon berkurang hingga 90.4% dibandingkan kondisi awal di level model. Abstract— The largest carbon emissions come from residues of human activities. In large and uncontrolled volumes, these cause global warming. As an accumulation, The emissions also come from the daily activities of the community. In developing countries such as Indonesia, community activities are mostly accumulated at the village level. “Penambangan” is one of villages located in Sidoarjo, East Java, which has an area of approximately 150 hectares with a population of 5,816 people. In this study, a system dynamics approach was carried out on how to handle waste in the village. The resulting model can be used by local government for consideration in handling them. Based on the model simulation, the total level of carbon emissions of the community increased by an average of 10.8% per month. By carrying out more comprehensive handling of waste, carbon emissions are reduced by 90.4% compared to the initial conditions at the model level.

Usaha ini pun tidak membutuhkan interaksi dengan orang lain. Oleh karena itu menjual makanan beku melalui media sosial adalah cara yang tepat.Permasalahan yang umum terjadi dalam usaha Frozen food adalah masalah kartu nama,manajemen keuangan dan promosi, yang mana dalam promosi ini akan memanfaatkan sebaik mungkin fitur-fitur yang tersedia dalam media sosial. Hal ini pun menjadi keuntungan bagi pemilik (owner) dalam mengembangkan usahanya.
