This research is aimed to find out the influence of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on students’ critical thinking ability in English Language lesson. This research is conducted in the 4th year (Grade IV) students in the elementary school of SDN Kaduagung Timur 1, Kecamatan (sub district of) Cibadak, Kabupaten (District of) Lebak, Province of Banten. The research uses the Experiment Pacto Experiment design. The study sample consists of 60 students. The results of the research show that: (1) as a whole, students’ critical thinking ability in English language lesson with STAD learning model is highly influenced. (2) There is an influence of interaction between STAD learning model on students’ critical thinking ability in english lesson. From the findings of the study, it is concluded that the STAD model has an influence on students’ critical thinking ability in English language lesson in the 4th year students in SDN Kaduagung Timur 1, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak, Province of Banten.
The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the effect of extra feeding activities and parenting on children's independence. The method used in this study is an experimental method with children's independence as the main problem which is the dependent variable. In this study the sampling technique that will be used is multistage cluster sampling. The sample in this study was in two elementary schools namely SDN 4 Banjar Agung and SDN 5 Banjar Agung, researchers only chose students based on the results of questionnaires parenting parents based on authoritarian, permissive, democratic parenting categories and 10 students each so that the sample in this study was 30 students as a control class at SDN 4 Banjar Agung and 30 students as experimental classes at SDN 5 Banjar Agung. This research is an experimental design with 2x3 factorial design. Therefore, data analysis used a two-way ANOVA, if differences were tested, followed by the Tukey test or Scheffe test to determine which one was higher. From the findings, it can be recommended to use extra feeding activities with fun cooking to increase children's independence.
Untuk meningkatkan standar sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan, seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu meningkatkan kinerja anggota stafnya. Ada beberapa hal yang dapat berdampak pada kinerja seseorang, dan administrator sekolah harus mampu memberikan pengaruh yang memotivasi guru untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka secara efisien dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dasar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah dasar serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas sekolah secara keseluruhan di kabupaten Lebak-Banten. Sebuah metodologi kuantitatif digunakan selama penyelidikan ini. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Lebak. Besar sampel ditentukan dengan bantuan rumus Slovin, dan ditentukan 100 guru yang akan diperoleh dari total 775 guru SD negeri di Kabupaten Lebak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efektivitas guru. Analisis regresi dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS, dilakukan terhadap data yang digunakan. Telah ditentukan melalui proses pengujian hipotesis penelitian 1 bahwa H0 benar dan H1 salah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berdampak langsung terhadap efektivitas mengajar guru. Menurut hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis 2, H0 harus diabaikan dan H1 harus diterima. Akibatnya, dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja guru di kelas secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh motivasi.
Farming in Citorek still use local wisdom which has a tradition or regulation that must be followed by communities. The custom kept by the Citorek villagers is planting the rice use traditional tools and all the communities agree not use modern tools at all. The periode of planting is annual event and and it is done on Monday. The role of farming system in" Kasepuhan Citorek" is still regulated from planting to harvest by customs. This system is trusted and run by Citorek community. This system is more superior than the system offered by local government about 2 or 3 times in a year. The harvestare used for custom needs. A research method uses a qualitative by interview, document, and study literature. The farming system governed by custom from the determination of the "tangtu" rice fields. The cultivation of "tangtu" rice fields is carried out by indigenous people who are driven by "Jaroadat" through the head village to work together. The names of the activities of them are ngagalengan/mopog,macul/nyangkul, nyogolan, musyawarahtibabinih, tebar/sebar, cabut, Tandur, ngoyos1/ Ngaramet, babad, ngoyos2, mapag pare beukah, mipit, dibuat, ngalantay/moe. ngunyal/ rengkongasupleuit, Nganyaran, Badamianserentahun. These system are undergone by the people until now and to start the activity the people determine "tangtu" rice field.
