Abstrak Penuaan dini (PD) adalah proses degeneratif yang melibatkan kulit dan sistem penyokong kulit meliputi tulang, kartilago dan jaringan subkutaneus, berupa perubahan stuktural dan elastilitas kulit yang ditandai dengan wrinkles/kerutan kulit (fine wrinkles, coarse wrinkles), kulit yang kasar, kulit kering, teleangiaektasi, lesi kanker, serta perubahan pigmentasi. Wrinkles adalah permukaan kulit yang mengalami lekukan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Faktor ekstrinsik berasal dari lingkungan paparan sinar matahari, polusi udara, rokok, pergerakan otot yang berulang terkait ekspresi wajah, serta kebiasaan gaya hidup yang berhubungan dengan pola makan dan posisi tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah merokok sebagai faktor ekstrinsik berefek pada kejadian penuaan dini berupa wrinkles di seputar wajah, yaitu sekitar mata, nasolabial fold, dan bibir pada sekuriti Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) usia 20-40 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan metode potong lintang. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai Unisba, yaitu sekuriti berusia 20-40 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan jumlah 68 orang selama periode Maret-Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan formulir penelitian yang terdiri atas 16 pertanyaan. Uji analisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian berupa wrinkles di dahi (p=0,272), seputar mata (p=0,203), nasolabial fold (p=0,493), dan bibir (0,493) menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan merokok dengan penuaan dini berupa wrinkles di dahi, seputar mata, nasolabial fold, dan bibir (p>0,05). Simpulan, merokok tidak berefek pada penuaan dini berupa wrinkles di dahi, seputar mata, nasolabial fold, dan bibir pada sekuriti Unisba usia 20-40 tahun. Abstract Premature aging is a degenerative process that involves the skin and the skin support systems including the bone, cartilage, and subcutaneous compartments which is skin structural and elastic change characterized such as wrinkles (fine wrinkles, coarse wrinkles), rough skin, dry skin, teleangiaectasia, cancerous lesions, and changes in pigmentation. Wrinkles are curvature of skin surface. There are two factors influence, namely intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Extrinsic factors associated with exposure to sunlight, air pollution, smoking, repetitive muscle movements, diet and sleep position. The objective of the study was to determine the effects of smoking as external factor in the incidence of premature aging such as wrinkles based on area around the face as forehead, around eyes, nasolabial fold, and lips of 68 Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) security staff around 20-40 years old. This study was descriptive analytic using cross sectional method during period March to June 2015. This study used the form in the form consisted of 16 questions. The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of self-regulation group counseling for subjects with Compulsive Buying Disorder. The research method was Quasi-experimental, One-group pretestposttest ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok self-regulation terhadap peningkatan self-regulation pada penderita gangguan Compulseive Buying. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah Quasi experimental, desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang, dengan kriteria: mahasiswa, perempuan, memiliki gangguan pembelian kompulsif, dan diduga memiliki self-regulation sedang. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan konseling kelompok 5 sesi, yaitu Konseli 1 (AP) dan konseli 3 (MM) mengalami peningkatan peningkatan skor self-regulation sebelum dan sesudah konseling kelompok, namun kriterianya masih ada di kategori sedang. Konseli 2 (ABF) mengalami peningkatan peningkatan skor self-regulation sebelum dan sesudah konseling kelompok, serta mengalami peningkatan kategori dari kategori sedang ke kategori tinggi.
The problem in this research arose from our discovery about Unisba student's behavior in excessive buying of cosmetic products. They buy these products without planning and consideration about the need of those cosmetic products. They did this behavior even after they have learnt Education of Islamic Religion course through 7 (seven) semesters. This course taught them about Islamic values, so they can accept whatever Allah SWT has granted them, so they can be more selective when it comes to buying cosmetic products, and buying them according to their need. The research methods used in this research is quantitative, the purposes of this research is to understand the effect of gratitude and self control to impulsive buying cosmetic products behavior. The samples of this research are Unisba students that like to buy cosmetic products. The results of this research are effect of gratitude to impulsive buying is 0,187 dan the effect of self control to impulsive buying is -0,267, from this results we can draw conclusion that every variable have little effects on impulsive buying. Gratitude and self control have little effects on impulsive buying in Unisba Students.
Abstract. Dating violence can traumatize a victim. However, in women who have experienced trauma, there are some women who can bounce back, even change more positively, and experience post-traumatic growth, one of the coping strategies for victims is to forgive. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between forgiveness and post-traumatic development in victims of dating violence. This research is a quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The subjects in the study were women victims of dating violence who lived in Bandung City who experienced trauma, which was seen by measuring PTSD from the victim using a PCL-5 measuring instrument, then the subject was identified post-traumatic growth with a PTGI measuring instrument and then the level of forgiveness was measured using a measuring instrument with a subscale self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others on the TRIMS measuring instrument. The data analysis techniques in this study were data processing, coding, data presentation, and data interpretation. The research subjects were 96 early adult female respondents with categorization of having moderate to high PTSD. The results showed that there was a relationship between forgiveness and post traumatic growth in victims of violence. in courtship of 0.332 which means that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables. Abstrak. Suatu tindak kekerasan dalam pacaran bisa membuat seorang wanita mengalami trauma. Namun pada wanita yang mengalami trauma terdapat wanita yang dapat bangkit kembali, bahkan berubah lebih positif, dan mengalami pertumbuhan pasca trauma, salah satu strategi coping para korban ialah dengan melakukan pemaafan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan antara pemaafan dan perkembangan pasca trauma pada korban kekerasan dalam pacaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik Purpossive Sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran berdomisili di Kota Bandung yang mengalami trauma yang dilihat dengan mengukur PTSD dari korban menggunakan alat ukur PCL-5 kemudian subjek diidentifikasikan pertumbuhan pasca trauma dengan alat ukut PTGI dan kemudian dilihat tingkat pemaafan dengan menggunakan alat ukur dengan subskala pemaafan diri dan pemaafan orang lain pada alat ukur TRIMS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengolahan data, pengkodean, penyajian data, serta interpretasi data. Subjek penelitian adalah 96 responden wanita dewasa awal dengan kategorisasi memiliki PTSD yang sedang-tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan forgiveness dan post traumatic growth pada korban kekerasan dalam pacaran sebesar 0,332 yang berarti menunjukan adanya hubungan yang cukup erat tantara kedua variable.
Abstract. The adaptability of individuals to deal with problems that occur in their lives can be a determining factor for the value of subjective well-being, whether low or high (Nayana, 2013). Resilience ability is needed to deal with stress and increase SWB in individuals (Rakhmadianti, et al., 2021). This study aims to obtain empirical data on the effect of Resilience at Work on Subjective Well-Being in Mental Hospital nurses. This research was conducted on Mental Hospital Nurses with the number of respondents as many as 85 nurses. The measuring instrument used is the resilience at work scale from Malik and Garg (2018) which was adapted by researchers and the SPANE (Scale of Positive and Negative Experience) measurement by Diener and Robert (2009) and SWLS (Satifaction with Life Scale) by Diener, Emmon, Larsen, and Griffy (2009) adapted by Desi, et al. (2019). The analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that resilience at work had a positive and significant effect on Subjective Well-Being on the affective component of 72.3% and on the cognitive component of 65.5%. From the test of each aspect of resilience at work, the aspects that have a significant influence on subjective well-being on the affective component are living authentically and staying healthy. Kemampuan adaptasi yang dimiliki individu untuk menghadapi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam hidupnya dapat menjadi faktor penentu nilai subjective well-being, apakah rendah atau tinggi (Nayana, 2013). Kemampuan resiliensi dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi stress dan meningkatkan SWB pada individu (Rakhmadianti, et al., 2021). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data secara empirik mengenai pengaruh Resilience at Work terhadap Subjective Well-Being pada perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 85 perawat. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu resilience at work scale dari Malik dan Garg (2018) yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti dan alat ukur SPANE (Scale of Positive and Negativ Experience) oleh Diener dan Robert (2009) dan SWLS (Satifaction with Life Scale) oleh Diener, Emmon, Larsen, dan Griffy (2009) yang diadaptasi oleh Desi, et al. (2019). Teknik analisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan resilience at work memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Subjective Well-Being pada komponen afektif sebesar 72,3% dan pada komponen kognitif sebesar 65,5%. Dari uji setiap aspek resilience at work, aspek yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap subjective well-being pada komponen afektif yaitu living authentically dan staying healthy.
Abstract. Work engagement is a positive individual state of mind that can express itself well in terms of physical, psychological, and affective into the work. Resilience at work is an ability of compromising with oneself in managing and adapting the stressor that can be developed to balance the work tension in workplace. Veterinarians are one of the professions in the health sector that have high job demands related to work stress and fatigue so that it has an impact on work performance. This research uses a non-experimental quantitative research method with the aim of analyzing the effect of resilience at work on workengagement in veterinarians. The participants included of 94 veterinarians who are members of PDHI West Java 1. Data collection was carried out using the Resilience At Work (RAW) Scale from Malik and Garg (2018) which was adapted by researchers and the Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES- 17) by Schaufeli & Bakker (2004). The results showed that there was a significant effect of resilience at work on work engagement of 60.7%. The results of multiple regression show that the aspect of building social connection has the highest significant effect on work engagement.Abstrak. Work engagement merupakan sebuah keadaan pikiran individu yang positif sehingga dapat mengekspresikan dirinya dengan baik dari segi fisik, psikis, dan afektif ke dalam pekerjaannya. Resilience at work merupakan kemampuan berkompromi dengan diri sendiri dalam mengelola dan beradaptasi dengan sumber stres yang bisa dikembangkan untuk mengimbangi ketegangan kerja di tempat kerja. Dokter hewan merupakan salah satu profesi di bidang kesehatan yang memiliki tuntutan pekerjaan tinggi yang berkaitan dengan stres kerja dan kelelahan sehingga berdampak pada perfroma kerja. Penelitian menggunakanmetode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat kausalitas non-eksperimental dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resilience at work terhadap work engagement pada dokter hewan. Partisipan terdiri dari 94 orang dokter hewan anggota PDHI Jawa Barat 1. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Resilience At Work (RAW) Scale dari Malik dan Garg (2018) yang telah diadaptasi peneliti dan Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale-17 (UWES-17) yang dirancang oleh Schaufeli & Bakker (2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan resilience at work terhadap work engagement sebesar 60,7%. Hasil multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa aspek building social connection memberikan pengaruh signifikan tertinggi terhadap work engagement.
Virtual Display of Affection is an activity or activity showing off intimacy in the virtual world in the form of visual, audio visual, image, or intimate text posted to social media. Virtual Display of Affection are active in using social media including Instagram and often present themselves on social media. The purpose of this study was to see muru'ah and self-presentation at the students of Bandung Islamic University who conducted a Virtual Display of Affection. The method of this research is a descriptive study with female students who meet the criteria of Bandung Islamic University students who are still active, hooded and have a partner and do a Virtual Display of Affection. The result from this research are, in general, the female students who do Virtual Display of Affection have a high level muru'ah, its mean that students have an effort to build respect or a good self-image according to the instructions of Allah and His Messenger, especially in carrying out their role as students. And then, the female students who have boyfriends have a low self-presentation, it's means that they are not be able to present themselves to others, and they also tend not to show intimacy both in the real world and the virtual world.
Abstract. Work-Family Enrichment is defined as the extent to which the experience of one role is able to improve the quality of life of other roles (Greenhaus & Powel, 2006). Work engagement is a positive motivational affective state characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption (Schaufeli et al., 2002), and is influenced by job demands and job resources (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Engagement on Work-Family Enrichment in dental nurses. With reference to Work-Family Enrichment theory from Greenhaus & Powell (2006) and Work Engagement theory from Schaufeli & Bakker (2002). This study used a causal quantitative research method with a sample of 71 dental nurses. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. To measure Work Engagement using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) developed by Schaufelli & Bakker (2003). Meanwhile, to measure Work-Family Enrichment using a measurement scale from Carlson et al., (2006). The results of the study show that the Rsquare (R2) value is 0.344, meaning that Work Engagement can have a 34.4% effect on Work-Family Enrichment. With dimensions of vigor to WFE of 33.4% and dimensions of vigor to FWE of 28.4% as the dimensions that contribute the greatest influence. Abstrak. Work-Family Enrichment dimaknai sebagai sejauh mana pengalaman dari suatu peran mampu meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan peran lainnya (Greenhaus & Powel, 2006). Work engagement merupakan keadaan afektif motivasional positif yang ditandai dengan adanya vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli et al., 2002), dan dipengaruhi oleh job demands dan job resources (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Work-Family Enrichment pada perawat gigi . Dengan mengacu pada teori Work-Family Enrichment dari Greenhaus & Powell (2006) dan teori Work Engagement dari Schaufeli & Bakker (2002). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas dengan sampel sebanyak 71 orang perawat gigi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengukur Work Engagement menggunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufelli & Bakker (2003). Sedangkan untuk mengukur Work-Family Enrichment menggunakan skala pengukuran dari Carlson et al., (2006). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Rsquare (R2) sebesar 0.344, artinya Work Engagement dapat memberikan pengaruh sebesar 34,4% terhadap Work-Family Enrichment. Dengan dimensi vigor terhadap WFE sebesar 33,4% dan dimensi vigor terhadap FWE sebesar 28,4% sebagai dimensi yang memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terbesar.
