This research in discussing the problems of teachers in the implementation of offline classes during the covid-19 pandemic in the Thematic Learning of Class 1 students at SDN 352 Sasak, Bittuang District, Tana Toraja Regency. This research is a qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study illustrate that the implementation of offline learning has started well because the offline learning process is carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. at the planning stage the teacher makes RPP at the beginning of each semester, the implementation stage carries out visits/study assistance at students' homes then the evaluation stage is by giving assignments. However, in the offline learning process applied by the teacher, the teacher experienced several problems in the learning process, including the time given to the learning process which made it difficult for the teacher to convey the material as a whole, the application of social distancing for first graders was very difficult to implement and the last access was in the form of vehicles and travel costs. to be used in visiting each group of students.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan melalui prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rumus CSI dil lengkapi dengan tabel customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 82% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja berada pada kategori sangat puas.
This study aims to determine how the perception of the break even point in the Yamote Banana business in Rantepao District, North Toraja Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and data collection techniques carried out in this research are field research and library research. Data collection procedures were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained regarding the BEP in the Yamote Banana business are, sales that must be achieved by Yamote Banana as many as 831 units with (chocolate banana nuggets 327 units, banana greentea nuggets 193 units, greentea flavored drinks 189 units and cappuccino flavored drinks 122 units). Thus, Yamote Banana's business in 2020 has reached a break-even point with sales of 7,800 chocolate nugget bananas, 4,680 greentea banana nuggets, 4,680 greentea flavored drinks and 3,120 cappuccino-flavored drinks.
. Implementation of adjustments in the payment system from postpaid to prepaid for PT. PLN ULP Rantepao with the objective of reducing bad debts, but the accounts receivable report demonstrates an increase in bad debts over the last 3 years. The goal of this research is to examine the internal control system for bad debts in accordance with COSO. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. Using a random sampling technique, interviews, documentation, and observation were conducted. The sample used in this research is saturated. The significance of this research stems from the fact that bad debts have a significant impact on the company's financial health performance. (1) Changes to the prepayment system have no effect on the reduction in bad debts, according to the research results. (2) The internal control system at PT. PLN ULP Rantepao has not been properly implemented in terms of the 5 COSO components. Instances in which the risk assessment, control environment, and monitoring activities have been implemented, but only a few of each COSO component's items have been implemented. In the meantime, neither control activities nor information and communication have been properly implemented. (3) Control activity is relatively more influential in fostering the emergence of bad debts due to the low paying power and awareness of customers in meeting their obligations. This research will be more interesting if it is continued by investigating the failure factors of changing the prepaid payment system in an effort to reduce bad debts using a variety of research methods.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah dengan menggunakan media pembelajran cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa kelas III SDN 2 Rantepao ?”. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang direncanakan dalam empat tahap yaitu: (1) Perencanaan tindakan, (2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) Pengamatan, (4) Refleksi. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan media cerita bergambar. Fokus penelitian adalah penerapan media pembelajaran cerita bergambar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SDN 2 Rantepao dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kerja Kelompok (LKK), tes formatif, observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat ada peningkatan terhadap minat baca siswa kelas III SDN 2 Rantepao. Penerapan media pembelajaran cerita bergambar untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa pada siklus I pertemuan 1 nilai rata-rata 63,21 dengan persentase ketuntasan 64,29% dan meningkat pada pertemuan 2 dengan nilai rata-rata 64,82 dengan persentase ketuntasan 53,57%. Pada siklus II pertemuan 1 mencapai nilai rata-rata 79,29 dan meningkat pada pertemuan 2 dengan rata-rata 84,29 dengan persentase ketuntasan 85,71%. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan media cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa kelas III SDN 2 Rantepao.
