The problem in this study is the low ability to smash the volleyball athletes at the Guntur 1000 Kota Padang club. This study aims to determine the effect of plyometric training on improving the smash ability of the volleyball athletes at the Guntur 1000 Kota Padang club.The research design used was quasi-experimental research with one grouppree test-post test design. The study population was the volleyball athletes of the Guntur 1000 Kota Padang club, totaling 25 people consisting of 18 sons and 7 daughters. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, amounting to 12 male athletes. To measure the ability of the smash the smash ability test is used.Data analysis techniques using the data normality test and t-test. Results: There was a significant effect of plyometric training on the smash ability of the volleyball athletes of the Guntur 1000 Padang City club, where tcount = 3.78> ttable = 1.78. The average volleyball smash ability in the initial test (4.75) category is lacking and the average volleyball smash ability in the final test (8.08) category is sufficient.
AbstrakAmerican Dream adalah sebuah konsep yang penting dalam sejarah dan dalam perkembangan masyarakat Amerika Serikat. Nilai-nilai utama dalam Impian Amerika adalah kehidupan, kebebasan, dan pencarian kebahagiaan. Kapten Amerika, tokoh utama pada sebuah komik, menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai ini, Makalah ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara Kapten Amerika dengan Impian Amerika. Permasalahannya adalah bahwa cara pandang masyarakat Amerika tentang Impian Amerika pada masa kini berubah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kebanyakan orang cenderung menggampangkan nilai-nilai dari konsep Impian Amerika. Makalah ini meneliti hubungan antara perspektif yang berubah mengenai Impian Amerika dengan aplikasi Impian Amerika dalam kehidupan nyata yang direpresentasi oleh kematian Kapten Amerika. Makalah ini mengajukan suatu tesis bahwa kematian Kapten Amerika dalam sebuah komik Amerika, adalah sebuah representasi dari kegagalan konsep Impian Amerika karena Kapten Amerika mati dalam mempertahankan apa yang dia percayai bahwa setiap orang Amerika harus mempertahankan nilai-nilai dalam Impian Amerika. Dengan demikian, sebagai simpulannya adalah bahwa nilai-nilai yang dipertahankan oleh Kapten Amerika tidak lagi relevan bagi masyarakat Amerika sekarang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah terhadap inflasi komoditas impor, baik jangka Panjang dan jangka pendek. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series bulanan dari januari 2014-april 2018. Metode yang diterapkan untuk analisis ini adalah Erorr Corection Models. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, nilai tukar rupiah tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap angka inflasi baik inflasi umum bulanan maupun inflasi komoditas impor. Ketika ada gejolak karena nilai tukar rupiah, nilai penyesuaian terhadap titik keseimbangan inflasi umum bulanan sebesar 75.6 persen selama satu bulan, dan sisanya 24.4 persen penyesuaian dibulan berikutnya. Dengan kata lain, pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah terhadap inflasi umum hanya terasa selama dua bulan. Sedangkan penyesuaian inflasi komoditas impor (beras, daging sapi, mie, bawang putih, minyak goreng, bensin, BBRT, mobil, sepeda motor) ketika ada guncangan terhadap nilai tukar rupiah akan kembali kekeseimbangan selama 1 sampai 2 bulan saja. Nilai tukar rupiah hanya berpengaruh signifikan secara jangka panjang terhadap inflasi baik inflasi umum pengaruhnya sebesar 48.44 % maupun inflasi komoditas impor (pengaruh inflasi beras sebesar 31.66%, inflasi daging sapi 42.4%, inflasi mie 41.48%, inflasi bawang putih 36.8%, inflasi minyak goreng 29.3%, inflasi bensin 61.11%, BBRT 35.8%, inflasi mobil 45.4%, dan inflasi sepeda motor 44.7%).
