Nowadays, data analysis widely used in many fields especially in engineering. Clustering is one of data analysis methods to organize the amount of data into groups with similarity characteristics. One powerful analysis method to learn information by grouping data is clustering algorithms. The clustering advantages for electrical power utilities is to learn load behavior and provide information for power plant operation and also generation cost. In this paper, a simulation concept is proposed for analysis of peak load data by K-means clustering algorithm based on historical dataset. The results show electrical peak loads clustering by K-means algorithm are optimum classified into three clusters. This cluster evaluated by silhouette scores which high, intermediate, and low load level interpretation. One cluster has centroid during January, June, and July are relatively lower than another cluster caused by Indonesia national holiday. This concept also evaluates the load level affected by Covid-19 pandemic condition.
Researchers conducted a study on the effect of motivation and indirect compensation on employee performance in an educational institution in Bandung. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between work motivation and indirect compensation on employee performance in one of the educational institutions in the city of Bandung. As many as 86 employees are the object of this study using a questionnaire.
Based on research using path analysis, motivation, and indirect compensation variables in one of the educational institutions in the city of Bandung are declared valid. The conclusions and considerations related to the research results are paying attention to work motivation and indirect compensation to improve employee performance.
The results of the study show that work motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, Indirect Compensation (X2) significantly influences Employee Performance (Y). Therefore, work Motivation (X1) and Indirect Compensation (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
To increase the motivation of Administrative Personnel in an educational institution in the city of Bandung, the Leader should increase the firmness of attitude in making decisions, providing direction, guidance, instructions, and evaluation regarding the implementation of tasks and work to increase motivation. In addition, leaders must also be able to appreciate the results of the work of their subordinates because appreciation will make subordinates happy and more enthusiastic about working. Because by being appreciated, subordinates will also feel appreciated and acknowledge the importance of their existence for their leaders and the school.
To increase the Compensation of Administrative Personnel at an educational institution in the city of Bandung, the Leader should increase their compensation. To improve the performance of Administrative Staff at an educational institution in the city of Bandung, the agency should place more emphasis on Administrative Staff
to pay full attention to the rules that the agency has implemented.
The objectives of the research to be carried out are as follows: (a) To find out the work discipline and work environment at PT. XYZ. This research uses quantitative methods based on the philosophy of positivism used to study certain populations or sample groups, use research tools to collect data, analyze quantitative or statistical data, and test hypotheses that have been previously established. Results, Validity testing is used to measure the validity or invalidity of a questionnaire statement distributed to respondents, then the questionnaire is said to be valid if the questionnaire statement is able to reveal something that will be measured by the questionnaire. While reliability testing is a method for measuring a statement's answer, a questionnaire is said to be reliable if the answers to the statement are consistent. Measurement of validity and reliability in this study was carried out using SPSS 20 software tools. Conclusion, Work discipline at PT. XYZ is already doing well. However, there are still things that need to be improved regarding delays and work guidelines. Likewise with the work environment at PT. XYZ that runs well
