So called Teaching-mails are short didactic letters, that are send via Email to universities lecturers. Individual learning and reflection processes should be activiated through informative ideas as well as questions concerning the own teaching practise. Furthermore a regular communication concerning lecturing should be stimulated. The aim of the project presented here is to provide a professional low-threshold Academic Staff Development Program that should improve a positive teachingrelated "professional training culture" at universities. The conception of the Teaching-mails, strategies of program implementation and evaluation results will presented and discussed.
Im Rahmen eines Lehr-Lernprojekts sind Studierende der Sozialen Arbeit an der Evangelischen Hochschule Berlin (EHB) in einer empirischen Untersuchung der Frage nachgegangen, wie bekannt Mediation in der Bevölkerung ist. Hierfür wurden Menschen aus verschiedenen Bevölkerungsgruppen zu ihrem Kenntnisstand über Mediation mithilfe eines Fragebogens befragt. Insgesamt konnte gezeigt werden, dass der Bekanntheitsgrad inzwischen hoch, aber eine Begriffsklarheit nicht immer gegeben ist, dass die Erfahrungen divergieren und sich das (Vor-)Wissen zum Verfahren aus diversen Quellen speist.
