Los probióticos son microorganismos vivos que pueden tener efectos beneficiosos en la salud, especialmente en la inmunidad. Además de términos específicos relacionados con el tema de investigación para encontrar los artículos más relevantes, utilizando los criterios de inclusión de artículos en un rango de investigación desde el 2018 al 2022. La investigación ha demostrado que los probióticos pueden tener un impacto positivo en la inmunidad. Por ejemplo, se ha encontrado que los probióticos pueden aumentar la producción de ciertas células inmunes, como los linfocitos y las células asesinas naturales, lo que ayuda a combatir las infecciones. Además, los probióticos pueden ayudar a regular la respuesta inflamatoria del cuerpo, lo que puede ser útil en el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinmunitarias y alergias. Además, se ha encontrado que los probióticos pueden tener un efecto beneficioso en la salud respiratoria, ayudando a prevenir y tratar infecciones respiratorias, como el resfriado común y la influenza.
