A agricultura é um dos segmentos mais importante na economia mundial, responsável por alavancar o PIB de muitos países como China, Brasil, Índia e Estados Unidos. Com tal grande representatividade, o desenvolvimento e aplicação de ferramentas de melhoria nesse seguimento se torna altamente relevante. Neste sentido, o presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a aplicação do Controle Estatístico do Processos (CEP) integrado com o conceito de Industria 4.0 para reduzir perdas de processo em uma linha de embalagem de uma empresa de fruticultura. Das ferramentas que compõe o CEP foram utilizadas a análise de capacidade e o gráfico de controle I-MR integradas em um sistema digital e online a fim de analisar a adequação do processo com as expectativas do cliente. Os resultados da aplicação do sistema foi a redução na perda por embalagens com peso fora dos padrões de especificação, tendo uma redução da média do peso embalado em 8,10%, e desvio da média do processo para o alvo de apenas 0,17%. O processo também se tornou mais robusto, com uma redução do desvio padrão em 68,33%. Assim é possível concluir a eficiência da aplicação do CEP com um sistema digital para obtenção melhores resultados nos processos agrícolas.
