Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh: Supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, iklim kerja dan status sosial ekonomi secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh di mana semua populasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengujian validitas dilakukan dengan expert judgement dan confirmatory factor analisys (CFA). Pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha (α). Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian meliputi (1) Supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,032< 0,05. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05. (3) Iklim kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru nilai signifikansi 0,031< 0,05. (4) Status sosial ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru nilai signifikansi 0,130>0,05. (5) Supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja guru dan status sosial ekonomi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Sumbangan efektif setiap variabel sebagai berikut (1) supervisi kepala sekolah sebesar 8,1%; (2) motivasi kerja guru sebesar 42,0%; (3) iklim kerja guru sebesar 17,3%; (4) status sosial ekonomi sebesar 1,8% dan (5) supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja guru, status sosial ekonomi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 62,3%.Kata kunci: supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, iklim kerja guru, status sosial ekonomi, kinerja guru THE FACTORS OF AFFECTING SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLSTEACHER’S PERFORMANCEAbstractThe research aims to reveal the effect of: Principal supervision, teacher's work motivation, teachers’ work climate, and socio-economic status simultaneously on the performance of the teachers of State Senior High Schools in Pangkalpinang. This research was ex-post facto research with the quantitative approach. It used the saturated sample where all the population became the sample. The validation was done through expert judgement and confirmatory factor analisys (CFA). The reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha (α). The data analysis used the multiple regression statistical technique. The results included. (1) The principal supervision affects the performance of the teachers, with the highest significance of 0.032 < 0,05. (2) The work motivation affects teacher performance at the significance level of 0.000 < 0,05. (3) Teachers’ working climate affects their performance with the highest significance of 0.031 < 0,05. (4) Socio-economic status does not affect the performance of the teacher with the highest significance of 0.133 > 0,05. (5) The principal supervision, work motivation, teachers’ work climate, and socio-economic status simultaneously affect the performance of the teachers, at the significance level of 0.000 < 0,05. The effective contribution of each variable as a follows: (1) Principal supervision is 8.1%; (2) Teacher motivation is 42.0%; (3) work climate is17.3%; (4) Socio-economic status is 1.8% and, (5) Principal supervision, the motivation to work, teachers’ work climate, socio-economic status altogether are 63.3%.Keywords: principal supervision, teacher work motivation, teachers work climate, socio-economic status, teachers performance
Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai kewirausahaan jenjang sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian adalah sekolah mitra STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung yang berjumlah 5 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Gabek, Pangkalpinang. Setiap sekolah diambil 9 orang responden terdiri atas 5 orang siswa, 1 Kepala Sekolah, 1 guru kelas, 1 pembina ekstrakurikuler dan 1 orang bagian kurikulum. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan langkah reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai mandiri, nilai berani mengambil resiko dan nilai kreatif dengan skor tertinggi berturut 74,17%, 74,56% dan 85% pada SD Negeri 10. Skor tertinggi untuk nilai kerja keras terlihat pada SD Negeri 6, dan skor berorientasi tindakan tertinggi 84,16% pada SD Negeri 62. Nilai kepemimpinan tertinggi dengan skor 80,83% pada SD Negeri 22. Kesimpulannya adalah nilai-nilai kewirausahaan telah terimplementasi secara baik di beberapa sekolah meskipun belum membuat program terkait penanaman nilai kewirausahaan secara khusus. Abstract: This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of entrepreneurship values at the elementary school level. The subjects of the study were the partner schools of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung, amounting to 5 elementary schools in Gabek sub-district, Pangkalpinang. Each school was taken nine respondents consisting of 5 students, 1 School Principal, 1 class teacher, one extracurricular coach and one curriculum section person. The data analysis technique uses the steps of data reduction; data display and concluding / verification. The results showed that the implementation of the independent value, the value of risk-taking and artistic value with the highest scores respectively 74.17%, 74.56% and 85% in the 10th Elementary School. The highest score for the hard work value was seen in the 6th Elementary School and the score action-oriented highest 84.16% in the 62nd Elementary School. The highest leadership value with a score of 80.83% in 22th Elementary School. The conclusion is that entrepreneurial values have been implemented well in several schools, even though they have not made programs related to the inculcation of entrepreneurial values specifically.
Saat terjadinya pandemi covid-19 semua pembelajaran harus beralih secara daring, sedangkan praktik berwirausaha harus tetap dilakukan karena kewirausahaan tidak hanya teori melainkan diwajibkan adanya praktik berwirausaha untuk membekali mahasiswa agar memiliki pengalaman menjalankan suatu usaha sehingga dapat mengaplikasikan teori yang diperoleh ke dalam praktik berwirausaha yang sesungguhnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana bentuk praktik berwirausaha, serta untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan keunggulan praktik berwirausaha secara daring. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk praktik berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa yang dilakukan selama pembelajaran daring adalah membuka bimbingan belajar di lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal mahasiswa dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi. Kelebihan dari praktik berwirausaha secara daring adalah mahasiswa mampu menciptakan sebuah peluang bisnis serta mudah melakukan kontrol terhadap usaha yang sedang dijalankan, sedangkan kelemahannya adalah dosen pengampu mata kuliah kewirausahaan perlu melakukan kontrol terhadap usaha yang dilakukan mahasiswa secara berkala dan berkesinambungan untuk memastikan jalannya usaha dan kemajuan usaha.
The background of this research were: (1) optimizing the learning subject potential and optimize the use of technology to support learning; (2) discipline students in collecting assignments; (3) directing students to get a relevance of references to supporting their assignments; (4) improve student literacy in scientific articles or journals; (5) to support the creative economy of Government programs that was introduced in the education field through entrepreneur learning. Moreover, this study to support Government policy about work from home (WFH) and school from home (SFH) to preventive measure dissolution of Covid-19 distribution. This opportunities for the students could be survive in the globalization and industrial revolution 4.0. Accordingly the study was very important to do. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of telegram-assisted e-work teams based blended learning in entrepreneurship learning for STKIP MBB students. This was a developmental research model research and development according to ADDIE, involving five stages: 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. This development of this product was based on a Learning Management System (LMS) using Moodle through an e-learning website was gnomio. This study cased limited to the design and development stage. The data were collected through questionnaires of advisability telegram assisted e-work team based blended learning from expert judgment. The result of this study showed that teaching material could be used for entrepreneur learning, moreover entrepreneur learning material and media were included good category.
