Informasi artikel ABSTRAKSejarah artikel Diterima Revisi Dipublikasikan : 5/10 : 15 : 28/12/2107Semangat dan jiwa kewirausahaan muncul melalui sebuah proses yang panjang, terutama bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki pengalaman atau tidak terbiasa berada di lingkungan yang menunjang tumbuhnya semangat dan jiwa kewirausahaan tersebut. Seringkali lembaga pendidikan hanya menghasilkan peserta didik yang terampil namun tidak memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga pada akhirnya peserta didik terbentuk sebagai tenaga siap bekerja bukan pencipta lapangan pekerjaan. Jauh sebelumnya, pada proses penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan, terdapat proses pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan yaitu melalui proses pembelajaran dan pembiasaan diri sebagai pencetus karakter di kemudian hari. Dalam hal ini, Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai pintu wajib belajar pendidikan pertama bagi anak tentunya memiliki peranan yang penting. Secara eksplisit, di jenjang pendidikan SD tidak ada kewajiban untuk mempelajari kewirausahaan. Namun, jika dihubungkan dengan kebutuhan, harapan dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan, maka hal ini layaknya perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih. Berikut dijabarkan beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan manajemen dalam upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di lingkungan SD yaitu melalui kegiatan market week¸ kegiatan field trip pasar tradisional dan pasar modern, ekskul berbasis kewirausahaan, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, pengadaan lab kewirausahaan, penataan suasana sekolah untuk penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan, pelatihan berbasis kewirausahaan yang berkesinambungan bagi tenaga pendidik, dan pemberian penghargaan.Kata kunci: strategi, manajemen sekolah dasar, kewirausahaan ABSTRACT Keyword: strategy, primary school management, entrepreneurship
Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai kewirausahaan jenjang sekolah dasar. Subjek penelitian adalah sekolah mitra STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung yang berjumlah 5 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Gabek, Pangkalpinang. Setiap sekolah diambil 9 orang responden terdiri atas 5 orang siswa, 1 Kepala Sekolah, 1 guru kelas, 1 pembina ekstrakurikuler dan 1 orang bagian kurikulum. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan langkah reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai mandiri, nilai berani mengambil resiko dan nilai kreatif dengan skor tertinggi berturut 74,17%, 74,56% dan 85% pada SD Negeri 10. Skor tertinggi untuk nilai kerja keras terlihat pada SD Negeri 6, dan skor berorientasi tindakan tertinggi 84,16% pada SD Negeri 62. Nilai kepemimpinan tertinggi dengan skor 80,83% pada SD Negeri 22. Kesimpulannya adalah nilai-nilai kewirausahaan telah terimplementasi secara baik di beberapa sekolah meskipun belum membuat program terkait penanaman nilai kewirausahaan secara khusus. Abstract: This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of entrepreneurship values at the elementary school level. The subjects of the study were the partner schools of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung, amounting to 5 elementary schools in Gabek sub-district, Pangkalpinang. Each school was taken nine respondents consisting of 5 students, 1 School Principal, 1 class teacher, one extracurricular coach and one curriculum section person. The data analysis technique uses the steps of data reduction; data display and concluding / verification. The results showed that the implementation of the independent value, the value of risk-taking and artistic value with the highest scores respectively 74.17%, 74.56% and 85% in the 10th Elementary School. The highest score for the hard work value was seen in the 6th Elementary School and the score action-oriented highest 84.16% in the 62nd Elementary School. The highest leadership value with a score of 80.83% in 22th Elementary School. The conclusion is that entrepreneurial values have been implemented well in several schools, even though they have not made programs related to the inculcation of entrepreneurial values specifically.
Learning model are useful for helping students to learn and to provide an environment for interactive students experiences. Therefore, learning model has a strategic role especially for the achievement of entrepreneurial character building in students. Furthermore, the challenges that occur in the internalization of entrepreneurial values at University of Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung (UNMUH BABEL) were that the character of students still does not show entrepreneurial stretching, such as students experience and interest in business-related activities. Whereas the expected learning environment such as student cooperatives is not yet available, that students only get experience from the courses and students actively participating in student activity units related to entrepreneurship and their activities are not optimal because only a small proportion are active. That situation made entrepreneurship course must be good managed as well as possible which requires a learning model accompanied by the ability of the lecturer to maximize the internalization process. The quantum learning model was a model that could anticipate of the challenges found in entrepreneurship learning, especially for Primary School Teacher Study Program students. The result of this research used a basic study for further entrepreneurship development model in UNMUH BABEL. The aim of this research was to know of the students perceptions of the quantum learning model used in the Entrepreneurship course. Furthermore, to describe the learning process that has been carried out. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data were collected through questionnaire of students perception. The subject in this study were 50 students form a total of 124 students who have experienced entrepreneurship learning. The result of this research showed that perception of Enroll (75%); Demonstrate (74%); Review (75%); and Celebrate (77%) were included good category. However the Experiences (54%) and the Label (41%) were included passably category. The conclusion of this research was quantum learning model could be to improve the students entrepreneurial skills based on their perception and experiences.
Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE ini adalah untuk mendesain program pendidikan kewirausahaan terintegrasi pembelajaran tematik kelas tinggi di Sekolah Dasar dengan 2 tahapan Tahapan mendesain dan kegiatannya dimulai dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara, observasi lingkungan sekolah, analisis kurikulum, silabus kelas tinggi, profil sekolah, program kerja sekolah, analisis indikator nilai kewirausahaan, serta teori penyusunan program sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, tahap selanjutnya adalah mendesain program. Program pendidikan kewirausahaan ini menerapkan unsur manajemen strategis dalam upaya mencapai hasil akhir yang diharapkan. Komponen desain program terdiri atas profil sekolah, program kerja sekolah, kemitraan, proyek hasil belajar, indikator penilaian, dan kolaborasi mata pelajaran. Kegiatan penelitian ini berlokasi di SD Negeri 6, SD Negeri 15, SD Negeri 20, SD Negeri 30, dan SD Negeri 38 Pangkalpinang.Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design an integrated entrepreneurship education program for high-grade thematic learning in elementary schools. The stages of development and activities begin with conducting a needs analysis through interviews, observation of the school environment, curriculum analysis, high grade syllabus, school profiles, school work programs, analysis of indicators of entrepreneurship values, and theory of school programming. Based on the results of the analysis, the next step is to design the program. This entrepreneurship education program applies elements of strategic management in an effort to achieve the expected final results. The program design component consists of school profiles, school work programs, partnerships, learning outcomes projects, assessment indicators, and subject collaboration.
