Objetivo: Analisar a influência da pandemia da COVID-19 na saúde mental da população em geral; e avaliaros fatores que levam e agravam os transtornos psicológicos e fatores que trazem tranquilidade à população.Métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática com buscas nas plataformas Medline/PubMed com osdescritores: Anxiety; Depression; Mental health; Mental disorders; Coronavirus, além das palavras-chave:Covid-19, Pandemic e Psichological impact. A busca encontrou 312 textos onde excluiu-se 234 por se tratarde estudos idênticos, restando 78 que foram avaliados a partir da leitura de seus títulos e resumos, restandoum total de 12 textos para inclusão no estudo. Resultados: A literatura aponta o aumento de problemas desaúde mental como estresse, ansiedade, depressão, insônia e medo durante a pandemia de COVID-19 nosdiversos grupos populacionais, além da maior prevalência de depressão em pessoas com a doença.Pequenos grupos demonstraram satisfação com o fato de ter mais tempo para prestar atenção na própriasaúde mental. Considerações finais: Tornam-se necessárias estratégias de apoio psicológico e social, a fimde mitigar os possíveis distúrbios psicológicos, e a realização de mais estudos que avaliem o impactolongitudinal e as respostas psicossociais entre os diferentes subgrupos populacionais durante a pandemia.
Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão integrativa acerca do tema relacionado aos fatores de proteção e ações de prevenção associadas ao câncer de colo do útero, com o intuito de levantar e compilar dados para uma melhor elucidação da eficácia dessas variáveis e o impacto na incidência da doença em questão. Métodos: Foram realizadas buscas na base de dados MEDLINE/PubMed utilizando-se os descritores “Cervical cancer; prevention; screening; cervix; pap test”, “Uterine Cervical Neoplasms; cervical cancer; protective factors” e “Uterine Cervical Neoplasms; prevention; cervical cancer; protective agents”, com ênfase nos últimos 10 anos. Resultados: Foram revisados os fatores de proteção e prevenção ao desenvolvimento do câncer cervical, incluindo a vacina contra os tipos carcinogênicos do vírus HPV, o exame Papanicolau, o uso de vitaminas e substâncias antioxidantes, a imunoterapia com cogumelos e o equilíbrio da microbiota vaginal. Considerações finais: Considerando a importância epidemiológica do câncer de colo de útero, é de grande relevância a busca por dados que levem à fatores protetores dessa neoplasia, além de um aprofundamento futuro nos estudos desses elementos que apresentam grande potencial de ação preventiva contra o desenvolvimento do câncer em questão.
Realizar uma revisão narrativa sobre as alterações da resposta imune em pacientes com Obesidade. Esta revisão apresenta uma compreensão do impacto que a adiposidade tem na função do sistema imunológico. Metodologia: Foram realizadas buscas na base de dados Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online (MEDLINE/Pubmed) utilizando os descritores Obesity; Immune response; Immune System Diseases e Disturb. Resultados/Discussão: Ficou evidenciado por meio desse estudo que a obesidade está relacionada a diversas alterações imunológicas a nível celular. O excesso de decido adiposo está envolvido em alterações dos níveis séricos de interleucinas que trabalham na resolução da inflamação, como a IL-33, além de um desequilíbrio entre citocinas do tipo 1 e do tipo 2. A obesidade foi associada também a chances mais altas de desenvolvimento e falha terapêutica em doenças reumáticas, assim como alteração na concentração de interferon tipo I, interferon gama, leptina e outras citocinas pró inflamatórias. Ademais, essa patologia teve associação com resposta e carga viral alta em infecções por vírus respiratório. Conclusão: O perfil lipídico elevado exerce um impacto considerável no sistema imunológico, desencadeando distúrbios metabólicos e inflamatórios. Essas alterações estão relacionadas com a progressão de doença crônica, alterações de imunidade e eficácia de vacinas.
Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão de narrativa a respeito da correlação entre o prolongamento do intervalo QT e desenvolvimento de Torsade de Pointes (TdP) em pacientes previamente diagnosticados com a COVID-19 e medicados com Hidroxicloroquina e Azitromicina. METODOLOGIA: Foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados PubMed/ MedLine utilizando-se os seguintes descritores: ''COVID-19", ''hidroxicloroquine'', "azithromycin", "QTc interval", ''arrhythmias'' e ''cardiac'' com ênfase nos resultados de até 1 ano. RESULTADOS: Um total de trinta e três artigos de periódicos internacionais foram selecionados, totalizando uma amostra de 1191 pacientes confirmados com COVID-19 e tratados com Hidroxicloroquina associado com Azitromicina. Estes pacientes que fizeram uso de HCQ em monoterapia desenvolveram menos anormalidades cardíacas e QTc > 500ms em comparação aos tratados com a combinação desses fármacos. DISCUSSÃO: O estudo identificou um prolongamento excessivo do intervalo qtc nos pacientes em uso combinado da medicação, além de algumas arritmias associadas, principalmente FA e TdP. No entanto, é necessária uma investigação mais ampla, com estudos que demonstrem eficácia no combate ao vírus sem o surgimento de efeitos deletérios. CONCLUSÃO: O desenvolvimento de TdP através do uso de Hidroxicloroquina + Azitromicina foi raro. Entretanto, foi significativo o número de pacientes que apresentaram prolongamento do intervalo QT, em particular aqueles que já possuíam alguma comorbidade.
