The implementation of community service involves one partner, the UMKM "KIRANA" Group. This partner is located in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih Subdistrict, Kediri District or about 10.5 km from UNISKA Kediri. This group has various businesses, including culinary and handicraft. However, the lack of promotion and sale of products that are still done traditionally and the ability of management or management that is less professional, this causes some UMKM in the village of Tales to be less developed even some of them out of business. There is another who because they still want to earn a fixed income selling it to big traders without brands, so many of whose products are recognized as products of others. The purpose of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various UMKM products in Tales Village with the intention of introducing and increasing sales turnover, while the method used is to use the method of participatory, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of community service is the existence of training assistance and e-commerce applications can increase motivation for partners to carry out marketing of their products so that their turnover increases. AbstrakPelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan satu Mitra yaitu Kelompok UMKM "KIRANA". Mitra ini bertempat di Desa Tales, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri atau berjarak sekitar 10,5 km dari UNISKA Kediri. Kelompok ini memiliki aneka usaha, antara lain aneka kuliner dan kerajinan. Namun, kurangnya promosi dan penjualan produk yang masih dilakukan secara tradisional serta kemampuan manajemen atau pengelolaan yang kurang profesional, hal tersebut yang menyebabkan beberapa UMKM di Desa Tales kurang berkembang bahkan beberapa diantaranya gulung tikar. Ada lagi yang karena tetap ingin memperoleh pendapatan tetap menjualnya kepada pedagang besar tanpa merk, sehingga banyak yang produknya diakui sebagai produk orang lain. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan e-commerce terhadap penjualan aneka produk UMKM yang ada di Desa Tales dengan maksud mengenalkan dan meningkatkan omset penjualannya, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode parsitipatif, penyuluhan, pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan adanya bantuan pelatihan dan aplikasi ecommerce dapat meningkatkan motivasi bagi mitra untuk melaksanakan pemasaran terhadap produknya supaya omsetnya meningkat.Kata Kunci: produk UMKM, pemasaran, e-commerce.
SMEs as an organization to succeed and to be sustainable must have the most essential and strategic capital, namely creativity, competitive advantage, and intellectual capital. This study aims to explore how creativity and intellectual capital determines SMEs' sustainability as well as examine the emerging role of competitive advantage in supporting this relationship. A quantitative method was applied to gain a better understanding of the relationship between variables undergoing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study collected data from 123 SMEs in East Java of Indonesia using an online survey. The approach adopted in this study is a convenience random sampling method, which is widely used in entrepreneurship and SMEs' sustainability research. The findings showed that intellectual capital positively affects both competitive advantage and SMEs' sustainability. Additionally, the result of this study confirms a robust relationship between intellectual capital and SMEs' sustainability. However, partially, creativity failed in explaining SMEs' sustainability. Furthermore, this study confirmed that competitive advantage has successfully mediated both the influence of creativity and intellectual capital to SMEs' sustainability. Although this research only involved participants in East Java, this study can be the first step for relevant research of SMEs' sustainability, in particular, in Indonesia.

Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling (penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu) dengan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan. pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, Komisaris Independen dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity secara parsial. Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, Komisaris Independen dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity secara simultan. Perusahaan perbankan sebaiknya lebih mengoptimalkan aspek sistem Good Corporate Governance dalam pengelolaan perusahaan sehingga kinerja perusahaan akan meningkat dan tingkat kepercayaan investor lebih meningkat dalam berinvestasi karena pengolahan perusahaan yang baik. This article will focus on how social capital namely trust, norms, network, reciprocity can be used to increase the independence of former Indonesian Workers in the Rintisan Market of TKI in East Lampung, by conducting field research and using a sociological approach. Being economically independent is a dream of every ex-migrant worker in East Lampung. The social capital that is owned is enough to deliver to the independence of former migrant workers economically. The social capital owned by former migrant workers in East Lampung includes (1) trust. High trust (hight trust) will produce the willingness and courage to cooperate. (2) Norm (applicable social order / institution). The agreed norms make everyone act as the basis of the agreement and common goals of the community of former migrant workers who are developing economic independence. (3) Network (network between members), a strong network makes ex-migrant workers quickly get information both related to suppliers, market opportunities, and new business opportunities, as well as opportunities to get training education in collaboration with outside parties. (4) Reciprocity is what then makes the members of Labuhan Ratu market as fellow ex-migrant workers who share the same interests to help each other, strengthen each other and motivate each other to achieve independence. This paper seeks to explain the problem of widespread consumer data theft and the significance of online consumer data privacy in a review of Islamic values-based digital ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach by reviewing a variety of books, journals, papers, and other reputable sources, which are then examined using content analytic tools. The findings of this research indicate that first and foremost, effective cybersecurity will secure customer data. Second, ethical conduct derived from Islamic beliefs will be able to deter criminal activity and data breaches against consumers. Data privacy is a fundamental right that must be maintained collectively, according to Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menelaah berbagai literatur baik buku, jurnal, laporan dan sumber reliable lainnya yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, pertama, keamanan siber yang baik akan mampu melindungi data konsumen. kedua, perilaku etis yang bersumber dari nilai Islam akan mampu mencegah kejahatan dan pelanggaran data konsumen. Ketiga, dalam Islam data privasi merupakan hak dasar yang harus dihormati secara bersama-sama. Untuk itu prinsip kehati-hatian daripara stakeholder menjadi kunci melawan kajahatan dan pelanggaran diruang digital.
The purpose of this research is to analyze which batik business groups experienced the highest increase in competitiveness and product sales results and how to increase competitiveness and product sales results among before and after using a digital marketing system at one of the batik entrepreneurs. This research uses a comparative approach by analyzing the increase in the highest competitiveness and product sales results and analyze the highest competitiveness and product sales results before and after using the Digital Marketing System. The approach taken by using a questionnaire in accordance with 24 indicator variables.The study was conducted on 4 (four) Batik Business Groups in Kediri City, including Wecono Asri, Dermo, Numansa and Galuh by involving the leaders of the Batik Business Group on the company's competitiveness and product sales before and after using a digital marketing system in March and July 2019. This research technique enabled the researcher to draw conclusions based on the characteristics of respondents regarding increasing company competitiveness and product sales results. The result of this research is Batik Numansa has a higher competitiveness and sales product increase compared to Batik Wecono Asri, Dermo and Galuh. The increase in competitiveness and sales product of Batik Numansa after using a digital marketing system is higher than before using a digital marketing system
