The implementation of community service involves one partner, the UMKM "KIRANA" Group. This partner is located in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih Subdistrict, Kediri District or about 10.5 km from UNISKA Kediri. This group has various businesses, including culinary and handicraft. However, the lack of promotion and sale of products that are still done traditionally and the ability of management or management that is less professional, this causes some UMKM in the village of Tales to be less developed even some of them out of business. There is another who because they still want to earn a fixed income selling it to big traders without brands, so many of whose products are recognized as products of others. The purpose of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various UMKM products in Tales Village with the intention of introducing and increasing sales turnover, while the method used is to use the method of participatory, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of community service is the existence of training assistance and e-commerce applications can increase motivation for partners to carry out marketing of their products so that their turnover increases. AbstrakPelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan satu Mitra yaitu Kelompok UMKM "KIRANA". Mitra ini bertempat di Desa Tales, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri atau berjarak sekitar 10,5 km dari UNISKA Kediri. Kelompok ini memiliki aneka usaha, antara lain aneka kuliner dan kerajinan. Namun, kurangnya promosi dan penjualan produk yang masih dilakukan secara tradisional serta kemampuan manajemen atau pengelolaan yang kurang profesional, hal tersebut yang menyebabkan beberapa UMKM di Desa Tales kurang berkembang bahkan beberapa diantaranya gulung tikar. Ada lagi yang karena tetap ingin memperoleh pendapatan tetap menjualnya kepada pedagang besar tanpa merk, sehingga banyak yang produknya diakui sebagai produk orang lain. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan e-commerce terhadap penjualan aneka produk UMKM yang ada di Desa Tales dengan maksud mengenalkan dan meningkatkan omset penjualannya, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode parsitipatif, penyuluhan, pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan adanya bantuan pelatihan dan aplikasi ecommerce dapat meningkatkan motivasi bagi mitra untuk melaksanakan pemasaran terhadap produknya supaya omsetnya meningkat.Kata Kunci: produk UMKM, pemasaran, e-commerce.
SMEs as an organization to succeed and to be sustainable must have the most essential and strategic capital, namely creativity, competitive advantage, and intellectual capital. This study aims to explore how creativity and intellectual capital determines SMEs' sustainability as well as examine the emerging role of competitive advantage in supporting this relationship. A quantitative method was applied to gain a better understanding of the relationship between variables undergoing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study collected data from 123 SMEs in East Java of Indonesia using an online survey. The approach adopted in this study is a convenience random sampling method, which is widely used in entrepreneurship and SMEs' sustainability research. The findings showed that intellectual capital positively affects both competitive advantage and SMEs' sustainability. Additionally, the result of this study confirms a robust relationship between intellectual capital and SMEs' sustainability. However, partially, creativity failed in explaining SMEs' sustainability. Furthermore, this study confirmed that competitive advantage has successfully mediated both the influence of creativity and intellectual capital to SMEs' sustainability. Although this research only involved participants in East Java, this study can be the first step for relevant research of SMEs' sustainability, in particular, in Indonesia.
Pare District experienced an increase in the number of business actors. Many existing business actors do not know and understand the legality of business, namely the making of NIB. Meanwhile, the NIB itself plays an important role in the efforts of business actors. There are many advantages to having an NIB, one of which is the legality of the business. The purpose of this community service activity is one way of socializing about the ease of making NIB permits by utilizing technology which will later make MSMEs advance to class. This service method is by providing training on how to make NIB online through the OSS application. MSME actors are guided by using simple equipment, namely through their respective cellphones by providing the required data in the form of ID cards and Business Certificates from their respective villages. The result of this assistance is that the actor can print the result in the form of an NIB certificate accompanied by a speaker. It is hoped that community service activities like this can provide solutions to the problems experienced by partners. By having a business license, MSMEs will have the potential for a wider marketing reach, business development and opportunities for cooperation and public trust in the product, obtaining legal protection in business in accordance with the location that has been determined; get empowerment opportunities both from the central, provincial and regional levels, can access financing to various bank and non-bank financial institutions.
Kediri City is known by the name of the "Kota Tahu" because many tofu scattered craftsmen. There is a production center area know precisely in the village of Tinalan Kediri. Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Profitabilitas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling (penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu) dengan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan. pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, Komisaris Independen dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity secara parsial. Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, Komisaris Independen dan Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity secara simultan. Perusahaan perbankan sebaiknya lebih mengoptimalkan aspek sistem Good Corporate Governance dalam pengelolaan perusahaan sehingga kinerja perusahaan akan meningkat dan tingkat kepercayaan investor lebih meningkat dalam berinvestasi karena pengolahan perusahaan yang baik. Kata kunci: Dewan Direksi, Kepemilikan Institusional, Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Return on Equity (ROE).
