The aim of this study is to determine differences in character education between male and female students with a theoretical foundation, which emphasizes three components in character education, namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. This study adopted a survey method approach, which was one of the quantitative research methods with explanatory research methods. Data were collected through questionnaires in this study, which were developed based on Lickona's theory. The survey carried out to 219 males and 263 females from 482 students at two selected elementary schools precisely at the sixth grade in 16 subdistricts of Bangkalan District, Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there were differences in character education between men and women.
Pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi masih sangatlah kurang. Hal dibuktikan dengan adanya perilaku seksual yang beresiko yang ditunjukkan oleh remaja. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi diantaranya melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan berupa aplikasi layanan keperawatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja (Lawan Roma) berbasis android/ IOS yang memungkinkan untuk dapat digunakan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi kepada remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi kesehatan berupa aplikasi layanan keperawatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja (Lawan Roma) terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment (Eksperimen Semu) dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Besarnya sampel adalah 36 remaja di SMP Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bawen Kabupaten Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan dengan nilai p-value 0,012, (p ? ? 0,05) dan ada ada peningkatan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi (nilai p-value 0,001, (p ? ? 0,05). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Ho ditolak, atau ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi kesehatan berupa aplikasi layanan keperawatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja (Lawan Roma) terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Remaja disarankan mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan (Lawan Roma) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang kesehatan reproduksi Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Reproduksi, Pendidikan Kesehatan Lawan Roma, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Remaja.
Abstract. The importance of character education seems to have been recognized by the government. As an expression comes from the founding father of the nation that the battle will be more severe because the opponent is no longer come from the outside but from the inside, then through character education is proclaimed in the curriculum, especially in curriculum 2013, an obvious emphasis on the spiritual and social through their first core competencies and second core competencies that must exist in all subjects in school. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with triangulation, using data collection techniques, namely questionnaire, observation and interview. Research will be conducted in an elementary school using Curriculum 2013 in the District Kamal, there are five primary schools in Kamal those are SDN Banyuajuh 2, SDN Banyuajuh 3, SDN Banyuajuh 6, SDN Kamal 1, SDN Gili Anyar. The results of this study are expected to examine more deeper in the development of character-building nation, ie characters that contain values of Pancasila as education that contains the values of Pancasila with the essence of Pancasila as the outlook of the nation is a prime shield for the challenges and threats as forming the national character that is unique and distinctive that became distinguishing element between one nation by another nation.
The subject knowledge management systems is one of the main courses in information systems study program, faculty of computer science. This course is offered at A concentration for students in semester 5 (five). Knowledge consists of knowledge explicit and tacit. To capture tacit knowledge, it can be done by involving a number of methods, namely: 1) Brainstorming, and 2) Nominal Group Technique.The study also involves a number of social information technologies, such as: 1) Facebook, 2) WordPress, 3) DropBox, and 4) YouTube. The topic for the theme of knowledge is how to reduce traffic jam. After passing 2 (two) simulation rounds, this research get 8 (eight) ideas suggestion related to vehicle parking in an effort to reduce traffic jam. The tacit knowledge capture simulation with NGT is able to provide acceptable suggestions by all the panelists involved. The use of social information technology in this study also received a very good response from the panelists.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the keys to the success of an organization. This current research aims to evaluate the effect of Professional Commitment on Kindergarten teachers' OCB. This quantitative research applies a cross-sectional survey design with an explanatory research type, with 145 Kindergarten teachers as the research subjects. The results show that Professional Commitment significantly affects OCB by 70.6%. In addition, teachers with higher Professional Commitment possess higher OCB in carrying out their professional duties. The results also show that the dimensions of Affective Professional commitment, Normative Professional commitment, and Continuance Professional commitment significantly affect the OCB of Kindergarten teachers.
