The role of the agricultural sector as a provider of food and non-food sources is directly related to the 2030 SDGs target of eradicating poverty and hunger. In Kubu Raya, one of the developing areas in the agricultural sector is Rasau Jaya District, with main crops being food crops and vegetables for food security. Agricultural land in Rasau Jaya District is dominated by peatlands with 14,371,392 hectares area. This study aims to determine the form of peatland use into potential land, the role of agriculture as a provider of food and non-food sources, and the form of its use. The method used is remote sensing method and survey method. The results showed that land use in the Rasau Jaya District included rice fields, gardens, fields, moor, yards, settlements, forests, shrubs, water bodies, and vacant land. Food crop agricultural products are used to meet food needs as well as non-food needs such as education and health. Most people use the harvest for personal consumption and for sale. There are still not many people in Rasau Jaya District who process agricultural products into a product. Farmers sell their crops in several ways, among others: directly sold to consumers, sold directly to the market by opening their own kiosks, deposited with middlemen and agents, and taken by investors who invest in farmers. Development of economic is a must for a region, even though the region is classified as prosperous and prosperous. However, level of affluence and affluence must be increased, at least be guarded, based on this basis economic development is still needed. To optimize the direction of economic development, it’s necessary to know the potential sectors in Sanggau Regency, so its can generate significant economic growth. This research had purpose to describe the pattern of changes in economic growth and determine the potential sectors in Sanggau Regency, so the results can be taken into consideration in policy formulation and future development planning in Sanggau Regency. The method that was used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. With analysis data technique uses 3 approaches is the Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis Method, Shift Share (SSA) and Klassen Typology. Sectors in Sanggau Regency which are classified as regional superior sectors include Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Mining and Quarrying, and Processing Industries. Therefore, it’s hoped that the regional development strategy will prioritize the leading sectors in the area.

This research aims to determine the social competence of teachers in learning geography at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive using qualitative methods. The data sources for this study were the geography teachers, the principal, and three students in grades X, XI, XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. This study's data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection tools used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation tools. The analysis in this study was presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using two key informants and four supporting informants. The results showed that 1) Teachers in the geography learning process used written communication methods more often during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2) Teachers' communication and information technology were laptops, smartphones, WhatsApp, and google classroom applications in the learning process. There are no obstacles for teachers in using the technology devices, only limited quotas for students and teachers. 3) The way teachers interact and socialize in the learning process is considered suitable for the students.

The form of research used in this study is a form of descriptive researchwith a qualitative approach. The location that will be used by researchers to conductresearch is SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Informants in this study were teachers andstudents of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak. Data collection techniques in theform of observation, interviews and documentary studies. Data analysis techniquesusing data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
