ABSTRAKAnemia sering terjadi akibat defisiensi zat besi karena pada ibu hamil terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan zat besi dua kali lipat akibat peningkatan volume darah tanpa ekspansi volume plasma, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ibu. Salah satu alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat besi dapat dilakukan dengan konsumsi sayuran yang mengandung zat besi dalam menu makanan. bayam hijau merupakan salah satu sumber makanan yang mengantung senyawa yang diperlukan dalam sintesis hemoglobin seperti zat besi dan vitamin B Komplek. Tujuan Penelitian Membuktikan Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Bayam Hijau Terhadap Perubahan Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil Pasien Puskesmas. Metode Penelitian. T-test dependent, T-test independent. Pengukuran hemoglobin menggunakan alat Hemoglobin Testing System Quick-Check set. Hasil Penelitian Penelitian dilakukan pada 34 responden selama 7 hari. ABSTRAK Air Susu Ibu (ASI) adalah makanan dan minuman pertama dan utama bagi bayi sejak lahir hingga berusia dua tahun. Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif dilakukan sejak bayi lahir sampai dengan usia enam bulan tanpa tambahan makanan dan minuman lainnya, kecuali obat dan vitamin. Kandungan ASI sangat besar manfaatnya bagi bayi. Namun demikian, data hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa capaian pemberian ASI ekslusif baru sekitar 44%. Rendahnya tingkat pemberian ASI ekslusif dapat mengakibatkan bayi mengalami status gizi kurang dan beresiko mengalami diare 14 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan bayi yang mendapatkan ASI secara penuh. Pencegahan diperlukan sebagai upaya pencegahan yang salah satunya adalah dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang pentingnya ASI eksklusif melalui e-book. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif dan tata cara menyimpan ASI yang benar sehingga diharapkan dapat menekan angka kejadian diare dan status gizi buruk di wilayah Kelurahan Jetis, Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah dengan menyajikan materi yang dikemas dalam e-book melalui aplikasi anyflip yang berisi tentang materi ASI eksklusif dan cara menyimpan ASI yang benar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan selama enam bulan mulai dari tahap assesment sampai dengan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pentingnya ASI eksklusif sebesar 77,78%, yakni dari 22,22% (pengetahuan kurang) menjadi 100% (pengetahuan baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan agar ibu hamil mempersiapkan sejak dini untuk memberikan ASI secara eksklusif setelah bayi lahir untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Exclusive breastfeeding is given to the babies from birth to the age of six months without any other additional foods and drinks except medicines and vitamins. The content of breast milk is highly useful for babies. However, data from the Basic Health Research in 2018 showed that the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is still 44%. The low level of exclusive breastfeeding practice may cause the babies to have poor nutritional status and a risk of experiencing diarrhea 14-times higher than those who are fully breastfed. Prevention was needed to reduce the incidence, one of which is by providing health education on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding through e-books. This community service aimed to increase maternal knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and how to store breast milk properly so that it could hopefully reduce the incidence of diarrhea and poor nutritional status in the sub-district of Jetis, Sukoharjo. The method used in this community service was lectured by presenting materials about exclusive breastfeeding and how to store breast milk properly using the e-books through the anyflip application. This community service had been carried out for six months, starting from the assessment to the evaluation stages. The results showed an increase in the knowledge of the postpartum mothers about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding by 77,78%; the level of knowledge increased from 22,22% (less knowledge) to 100% (enough knowledge). Based on this result, it is expected that pregnant women prepare themselves early for exclusive breastfeeding after the baby is born to improve the level of health of the community. Latar Belakang : Anemia pada remaja dapat berdampak pada menurunnya produktifitas kerja ataupun kemampuan akademis di sekolah, karena tidak adanya gairah belajar dan konsentrasi. Anemia juga dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dimana tinggi dan berat badan menjadi tidak sempurna dan menurunya prestasi belajar. Penatalaksanaan anemia pada remaja dapat berupa terapi Farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan adalah terapi kombinasi jus bayam hijau, jambu ditambah dengan madu. Hal ini disebabkan karena didalam terapi kombinasi jus tersebut mengadung besi (Fe) yang bisa meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin, vitamin C yang membatu untuk proses penyerapan zat besi (Fe), mengadung oksidan. Tujuan penelitian : tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kombinasi jus bayam hijau jambu dengan dan madu terhadap kadar hemoglobin dan Prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design. Dilaksanakan di STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta Prodi D3 Keperawatan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2018. Sampel penelitian yaitu mahasiswa prodi D3 Keperawatan tingkat 2 semester 3 berjumlah 50 mahasiswa dengan analisis data dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa STIkes kusuma husada Surakarta dilakukan 50 responden intervensi terapi kombinasi jus bayam hijau, jambu dan madu selama 10 hari, diperoleh hasil usia respoden menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas usia 19 tahun yaitu sebanyak 26 orang (52%), sedangkan untuk analisis data dengan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai t: -4,244 dan nilai Sig 0,000 (p
Anemia banyak diderita oleh wanita, karena secara biologis setiap bulan wanita mengalami menstruasi sehingga pengeluaran zat besi juga harus diimbangi dengan asupan gizi, penyebab anemia yaitu deÞsiensi zat besi di mana seorang wanita mengalami kekurangan nutrisi. Sekitar 30% wanita di dunia mengalami anemia, yang disebabkan oleh defisiensi zat besi. Volume darah yang keluar setiap bulan nya berkisar 30-50 cc perbulan. Hal ini yang mengakibatkan wanita kehilangan zat besi sebanyak 12-15 mg perbulan atau 0,4-0,5 mg perhari selama 28 hari sampai 30 hari. Pada saat menstruasi wanita juga tidak hanya mengalami kehilangan zat besi tetapi juga mengalami kehilangan basal, jadi bila ditotal wanita perhari mengalami kehilangan zat besi sebanyak 1,25 mg. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh pemberian suplemen prefarat Fe dan Vitamin C terhadap perubahan kadar hemoglobin mahasiswa post menstruasi. Metode Penelitian ini adalah metode quasy experiment dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design, Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling diperoleh 50 respoden. Background: Marriage is to achieve a happy, peaceful, safe and comfortable home life. Therefore, every bride and groom should have sufficient provisions to prepare the needs that will be faced in fostering a household, both morally and materially. Because prevention measures are urgently needed, these precautions are not sufficient to only apply to married couples, but it is very important to know from an early age by the couple who is planning to do the wedding or the bride and groom. This is done so that the bride and groom can prepare themselves to live a family life. Objective:: to determine the effect of health education using the PERKASA pocket book method (Healthy Family Preparation) on the readiness to marry prospective brides at Gambirsari Health Center, Surakarta. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative, experimental design with a preexperimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population is 36 respondents. The sampling technique was total sampling with the criteria never married and of reproductive age. Data collection used a questionnaire given before and after, PERKASA pocket book (preparation of healthy families). The data analysis used Wilcoxon test. Results: This study uses the Wilcoxon statistical test, the Wilcoxon test. the result is a z-value of -2.828 and a significance of p 0.005 (p> 0.050) so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference before and after the intervention of giving the PERKASA pocket book to the bride and groom (Catin) for marriage readiness. Thus it can be concluded that statistically it is believed that there is an effect of giving PERKASA pocket book to catin on the readiness to marry the prospective bride.
