The problem in this study is there are still many elementary students who have not been able to express ideas in writing. This study aims to describe the ability to write student descriptions through the Neighborhood Walk Strategy. Research data in the form of teacher teaching activities and student learning through observation format then the ability to writing descriptions through written tests. The implementation of the Neighborhood Walk strategy is carried out in two cycles, which consist of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that the application of the Neighborhood Walk strategy to teacher teaching activities and student learning activities in Indonesian language learning after improvements occurred in each cycle were in good qualifications and the ability to write descriptions in the Good category. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Neighborhood Walk Strategy can improve the ability to write description of students at Elementary School.
Asuhan keperawatan keluarga adalah suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang diberikan melalui praktik keperawatan dengan sasaran keluarga. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan yang dialami keluarga dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Secara umum, tujuan asuhan keperawatan keluarga adalah ditingkatkannya kemampuan keluarga dalam mengatasi masalah kesehatannya secara mandiri. Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RIKESDAS) tahun 2007 menunjukan bahwa angka kejadian stroke di Indonesia sebesr 6% atau 8,3 per 1.000 penduduk dan yang telah didiagnosis oleh tenaga kesehatan adalah 6 per 1.000 penduduk. Hal ini menunjukan sekitar 72,3% kasus stroke di masarakat telah di temukan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Angka kejadian stroke tertinggi ditemukan di Aceh (16,6 per 1.000 penduduk) dan terendah di Papua (3,8 per 1.000 penduduk). Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa di Indonesia, jumlah rata-rata dalam setiap 1.000 penduduk, terdapat 8 orang yang menderita stroke. Menurut Yayasan Stroke Indonesia tahun 2007, angka kejadian stroke mencapai 63,52% per 100.000 pada kelompok usia 65 tahun ke atas. Hal ini merupakan angka yang cukup besar dan mengkhawatirkan. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah Klien bernama Ny. Y berusia 57 tahun dengan pendidikan terakhir SD, pekerjaan wiraswasta, bertempat tinggal di Jl. H. Taiman RT. 02 RW 02, Kelurahan Gedong Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Hasil dari review didapatkan : gangguan mobilisasi fisik pada keluarga Tn.Y khususnya Tn.Y berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan keluarga untuk merawat anggota keluarga dengan Stroke, resiko penurunan curah jantung pada keluarga Tn.Y khususnya Tn.Y berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan keluarga merawat anggota keluarga dengan Hipertensi.
This study aimed to analyze the effect of performance appraisal system towards motivation achievement of teacher. The research method used explanatory survey. Data collection techniques using used 5 rated quationare rating scale model. Respondents Research Populations are the 66 all of teachers at The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The results showed Based on respondents perception showed: (1) teacher’s performance apppraisal system has been running effectively; (2) the level of teacher’s achievement motivation is in the satisfied category; And (3) performance appraisal system has a positive effect on achievement motivativation of teacher.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan explanatory survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale sebagai alat pengumpul data. Responden Populasi penelitian adalah 66 seluruh guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 11. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan persepsi responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) sistem penilaian kinerja guru sudah berjalan secara efektif (2) tingkat motivasi berprestasi guru berada pada kategori tinggi, dan (3) bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung.
The violence in Family often too difficult to detect and the public paradigm still assume that stuff is internal affairs of the families concerned, the presence of Laws number 23 years 2004 about the elimination of the violence at home, is expected to provide protection for the citizen of the state from the unconfortable sense and as forms of the violence however number of the violence at home in everyday instantly increase. As the Writer will explore how does the role of Laws number 23 years 2004 about exlusion of the violence at home in giving guarantee protections for the citizen of the state especially for them which is a victims of the violence that happened at home. By the question which focused on: Whether it has enough to protect the citizen of the state that being a victim of violence a Home?, and How should be done for decreasing of the number violence case at home that happened in Indonesia? The conclusion that founded by the writer that is principle Laws number 23 years 2004 about removal of the Violence at Home has been enough to provide the protection to the victims and the elementary to the law enforcement. But in its implementation must be done in a way of comprehence and sistematic, not only with the country through the tools of its power and also with the public that supporting the deletion of the violence at Home.
