In the times and technology makes business competition more advanced. It becomes an opportunity to introduce and maintain the product. The number of similar products makes a strategy to make it easier for consumers to choose the product they are looking for. With the development of consumers, consumer desires also develop where the purchase of a product is no longer a need but also a desire. The desire of consumers is not only to meet basic needs but also to problems with physical appearance, especially on the face, which is a beauty that is a top priority for users. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether product quality, product features, product design have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions? Then do product quality, product features, product design have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products at the Kartika Aesthetic Beauty Clinic and Erha Bandar Lampung Beauty Clinic in an Islamic management perspective? This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product features and product design on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products and to describe it in an Islamic management perspective. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, which is a research method to examine a particular population or sample in order to test the hypothesis that has been set. The data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Sampling in this study by taking the Accidental Sampling technique. And this data collection method using a questionnaire given to 100 respondents each of 50 respondents and interviews with the Beauty Clinic. The results of this test indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Kartika Aesthetic Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.014 0.05 and the Erha Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.025 0.05. Meanwhile, the product features at the Kartika Aesthetic Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.030 0.05 and the Erha Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.011 with a significant value 0.05. As well as product design at the Kartika Aesthetic Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.034 0.05 and the Erha Beauty Clinic with a significant value of 0.017 0.05. Based on data analysis, the conclusion of product quality, product features, and product design affects the purchasing decisions of cosmetic products at the Kartika Aesthetic Beauty Clinic and Erha Beauty Clinic in Bandar Lampung from an Islamic management perspective.
Sambel Alu kini telah menjadi bisnis yang diminati oleh masyarakat Bandar lampung. Rumah Makan Sambel Alu menghadapi persaingan yang ketat dari pesaing kuliner lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Rumah Makan Sambel Alu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Strategi yang didapatkan yaitu mempertahankan citra rumah makan, menjaga kualitas pelayanan konsumen, melakukan inovasi produk, menambah kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, memperluas pengetahuan masyarakat, menggunakan teknologi terkini untuk pemasaran, meningkatkan keefektifan promosi, dan melakukan inovasi pemasaran pada rumah makan. Kata kunci : Analisis SWOT, Pemasaran Sambel Alu has now become a business that is in demand by the Bandar Lampung community. This business grows rapidly. Sambel Alu Restaurant faces tight competition from competitors and other culinary. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of Sambal Alu Restaurant by using SWOT analysis. The strategies obtained are maintaining the image of the restaurant, maintaining the quality of consumer services, innovating products, increasing cooperation with various parties, expanding public knowledge, using the latest technology for marketing, increasing the effectiveness of promotions, and innovating marketing at home. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of car rental carried out by the Ode-Ode Revolution Car Rental Kendari in terms of Islamic Economics. The data analysis used in this research is inductive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the lease has been running according to Islamic law, even leasing is prescribed in Islam. However, in the implementation of leasing at Ode-Ode Rental there is a deviation made by the tenant which we can see in the risk of accidents described previously, where the tenant cannot afford the damage to the car he experienced in accordance with the rental agreement. So that there is a deviation in the practice of renting in the Revolutionary Orders of Car Rental Kendari which is not in accordance with Islamic Economics, in Islamic Economics this practice is strictly prohibited because it has harmed other people, here we can see deviations that lead to a violation of the agreement that has been agreed upon. between the two parties between the business owner (leasing) and the tenant.
This study aims to develop a learning tools GOAL model (Graphic Organizer-Based Argumentation Learning). The set of GOAL model is expected to be a chemistry learning tool that can improve students' argumentation skills. This study uses a Research and Development methodology with a 4-D design consisting of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The results showed that: 1) the developed GOAL model tools consisting of lesson plans, LKPD, teaching materials, and assessment instruments with good validity. 2) GOAL model tools are easy to use by teachers and students during the learning process in class, and 3) GOAL model learning tools have high effectiveness in improving students' argumentation skills. These results indicate that the GOAL model can be applied in chemistry learning to improve students' argumentation skills.
This research aim to increase students' critical thinking skill by using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). This research is class room action research which use the quantitative approach. Subject of the research is VIII grade students' and object of the research is students' critical thinking skill in SMPN 5 Narmada. The instrument of the research is the critical thingking skill test. The data collection technique in this research is test and observation sheet, the test is used to measure the critical thingking skill whether the observation sheet is used to measure students' and teacher activity. The result of research shows that the application of Contxtual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach can increase students' critical thinking skill. This can be seen from the data analysis result where the I cyrcle reach 49,91 and the II cyrcle reach 80,00 which involve in critical category.
