This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of dribbling by using the application of learning variations in class VIII students of SMP Private Amal Luhur Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. When the research was conducted in August 2019. It is seen that the students' initial ability in performing dribbling techniques is still low. Of the 30 students, 10 (33%) did not complete learning, while 20 (66%) had completed learning. With the average value of student learning outcomes is 60.97. Whereas in cycle II it can be seen that the students' ability to test classical learning outcomes has increased. Of the 30 students there were 26 students (87%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 4 (13%) had not yet achieved mastery learning. With an average value of student learning outcomes is 80.16. Based on this, it can be concluded that learning through the application of learning variations can improve learning outcomes in dribbling in class VII students of SMP Swata Amal Luhur Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year.
This study aims to find out how to improve learning outcomes of Forehand Push table tennis game through inclusive teaching style in class XI IPA 1 Private Senior Highschool PAB SAENTIS. The object of this research is class XI students with 25 students who will be given action in the form of inclusive teaching style on Forehand Push learning outcomes. In the first cycle, it could be seen that the students' initial ability to perform the Forehand Push technique was still low. Of the 25 students there are 15 people (60%) who have achieved mastery learning, while 10 people (40%) have not achieved mastery learning. With the average value of student learning outcomes is 76.3. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, it can be seen that the students' ability to perform classical learning outcomes tests has increased. Of the 25 students there are 20 (80%) who have achieved mastery learning, while 5 people (20%) have not achieved mastery learning. With the average value of student learning outcomes is 80.7, so there is a 25% increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. It can be concluded that learning through inclusive teaching style can improve forehand push learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 Private Senior Highschool PAB SAENTIS.
Athletes aged 16-19 years is a period towards the peak of achievement that is important to be evaluated from various components including the level of physical fitness. Especially in the sport of badminton, the physical fitness aspect is an important component that must be owned for single and doubles athletes. This research aims to find out the level of physical fitness of badminton athletes in Binjai City, Indonesia. Participants in this study were 10 athletes (ages 16-19 years) at Pusdiklat PB Rada Kota Binjai Indonesia in 2021. The design of this study is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used are physical fitness tests which include a 60-meter running test, elbow hanging test, sitting baring test, upright jump test and 1200-meter running test. Research data collection techniques using test and measurement provisions in physical fitness test guidelines. Data analysis techniques that are through quantitative data obtained are analyzed descriptive statistics, further interpreted in the category of assessment of the physical fitness component of athletes. The results showed that the level of physical fitness with a range of results of 14-17 showed a good category of 7 people (85%) and with a range of results of 10-13 showed a category of less than 3 people (25%). So based on the results of research it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of Badminton Pusdiklat PB Rada Kota Binjai in 2021 is categorized as Good. This research has implications for badminton coaches determining physical exercise programs, techniques, and tactics so that they can be optimal in improving the achievement of their athletes. The contribution of this research is to provide an overview of future research to be able to provide a variety of exercise programs to the optimization of physical fitness of athletes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya mengajar dan motivasi untuk belajar hasil passing atas dalam permainan bola voli. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi pada kedua gaya mengajar. Pengajaran gaya dalam penelitian ini adalah kebalikan dari gaya mengajar dan gaya mengajar praktek, dan motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Swasta Amal Bakti Medan kelas VII 2019/2020. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2 dengan ukuran sampel dari 26 orang. Dari hasil pengujian keempat rumusan hipotesis ternyata hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1 (satu), 2 (dua) , 3(tiga ) tersebut teruji. Sedangkan rumusan hipotesis yang ke 4 (empat) menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Secara rata-rata bahwa skor gaya mengajar latihan lebih tinggi hasil belajar passing atas bagi kelompok siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua bentuk gaya mengajar tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang sama berbeda terhadap hasil belajar passing atas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah gaya mengajar resiprokal memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding dengan gaya mengajar latihan.
