Anak secara hukum berhak mendapatkan perlindungan, namun dalam kenyataannya hak-hak anak masih belum terlindungi dan terpenuhi secara optimal terutama di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya profesionalisme guru PAUD dalam penyelenggaraan perlindungan anak berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Profesionalisme Guru anak usia dini sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak karena sebagian besar kasus perlidungan anak terjadi dalam lembaga pendidikan.
Perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 yang sangat pesat dan tantangan pembelajaran anak usia dini abad 21 menyebabkan perkembangan psikolinguistik anak yang kurang optimal. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan psikolinguistik anak usia dini menggunakan game interaktif berbasis role play game (RPG). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan studi kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Taman Kanak-kanak Fadhillah Amal 3 Kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknis Milles and Hubberman, dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan : 1) pada tahap perencanaan, game interaktif berbasis RPG dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan ranah psikolinguistik dengan tema Pembelajaran, karakteristik anak serta lingkungan sosial, 2) pada tahap pelaksanaan, game interaktif berbasis RPG merangsang perilaku pengembangan psikolinguistik anak, 3) pada tahap evaluasi, game interaktif berbasis RPG menumbuhkan minat anak dalam pengembangan psikolinguistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa game interaktif berbasis role play membantu perkembangan psikolinguistik anak seperti mengenal bunyi huruf, arti kata, dan aturan kata atau kalimat.
Children's social-emotional abilities are influenced by parenting styles. Children with democratic parenting tend to be able to express their emotions appropriately and recognize the emotions of their friends. This research aims to develop the interactive games for early childhood. The method used is 4D (Diagnose, Design, Develop and Dessiminate). The results of this research, was found that 40% of children were authoritarian, 30% were with permissive parenting and 30% were with democratic parenting. Sex differences do not affect children's psycholinguistic abilities. What distinguishes only children who are well stimulated, the child's psycholiguistic abilities will develop well. Most of the children come from the lower middle class economy. Availability of digital facilities determines the level of digital literacy skills of children. Children who are accustomed to technology can easily run RPG games.
Learning and play during Corona Virus Pandemic is aid by Technological devices. Technology is also necessary introduce the local culture and this implement to introduce Minangkabau culture namely as "Sumbang Duo Baleh,". Sumbang duo baleh reflects the attitudes and behaviours that children should apply in Minangkabau culture. This introduction of Sumbang duo baleh is intended to make children understand the concept fundamentally to place themselves entirely as cultured people in society and become role models for future generations. This article aims to analyze the use of technology-based media in introducing the Minangkabau culture namely "Sumbang Duo Baleh" to early childhood. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The study results found that the use of technology-based media can assist teachers in achieving learning objectives. The children carried out the learning effectively and enthusiastically, and even the method of "Sumbang Duo Baleh" taught the children to conform to the moral values of the Minangkabau culture. This must be applied by the Minangkabau community wherever they are as an identity or characteristic of the Minangkabau community.
