Newborns do not need any other intake besides breast milk, but not a few found postpartum mothers who give formula milk to their babies because milk production is little or not smooth, especially in the first days of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers. This type of research was pre-experimental with the One Group Pre and Post Test Design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in June at the Nining Pelawati Clinic in 2019. The sample in this study was postpartum mothers with inclusion and exclusion criteria totaling 10 people. ASI production data is taken using a measuring cup which is then analyzed. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the average postpartum maternal breast milk production before oxytocin massage was 9.90 while the mean postpartum maternal breast milk production after oxytocin massage was 13.50. There was a significant effect of oxytocin massage on milk production with p-value = 0.008 (p ≤ 0.05). It is recommended for health workers to be able to carry out oxytocin massage to increase milk production in postpartum mothers.
Pregnancy is something that is happy for husband and wife, but sometimes complaints arise during pregnancy, one of which is back pain. Back pain that occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy along with the enlargement of the uterus with the growth of the fetus, the center of gravity of the body is more inclined forward, so that pregnant women must adjust their position to maintain balance, as a result the body will pull the back so that it is more backward, the lower spine is more curved and shortened spinal muscles (Diah Galuh, 2017). This type of research used in the study is that Quasi- Experiment with design design One Group pretest posttest. The population of the research this isthe whole mother conceive that there are visits Antenatal care at the Clinic Juliana, Mechanical taking a sample of this is using purposive sampling as many as 18 people, before done Endorphins Massage is a total of 8 pregnant women (44.4%) experienced moderate pain scale and as many as 10 pregnant women (55.6%) experienced severe pain scale. Meanwhile, the frequency of back pain in pregnant women after this is done Endorphin Massage as many as 12 pregnant women (66.7%) experienced mild pain and as many as 6 pregnant women (33.3%) experienced moderate pain . Based on the results of analysts by using the test chi Square , obtained p-value ( 0.002), this means that there is the influence of Endorphins Massage to decrease the intensity of pain back mother pregnant at clinic Juliana
The marmet technique is the basic technique that should be taught to the mother in 24 hours after the baby was born so that the mother is confident in facing all possible problems such as the problem of mild milk fluency. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of marmet technique on the fluency of breast milk in post Sectio Caesarea patients at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam 2017. This research is a type of quantitative research, with pre-experiment research design using one group pre test - post test. The population in this research were all patients who had undergone post Sectio Caesarea for two days at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The samples of the population as many as 10 people with sampling technique purposive sampling. The statistic test used paired simple T-test with 95% confidence level (α = 0,05). The result of this research showed that there was an influence of marmet technique on the fluency of breast milk on post Sectio Caesarea patient at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam with Value 0.029. It is expected to the nurse to be able to apply the implementation of marmet technique on the post sectio caesarea patients as a health education to fluency of breast milk.
The emergence of promiscuity among young people who are rife lately is inseparable from the influence of the globalization era which is considered a form of modernity for some adolescents, which ultimately brings them closer to promiscuity who are at risk of being infected with various kinds of socially transmitted diseases. which affects promiscuity in adolescents in the Jaya Krama Beringin Private Vocational School Sidodadi Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used was analytic survey, with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Samples are taken based on specified criteria. Data analysis was performed bivariately with chi-square test with a value of α (0.05). The results showed that social factors and technological factors / mass media are factors that influence the incidence of free association in adolescents in the Jaya Krama Beringin Private Vocational School with each value of p = 0.02 <α = 0.05 and p value = 0.002 < α = 0.05. The importance of improving education, coaching and monitoring students in the use of technology to students so as to avoid promiscuity.
Postpartum mothers are mothers in the postnatal period, postpartum mothers often experience psychological stress which usually occurs in the first week to the sixth week after delivery. Mother's psychological stress usually occurs due to hormonal factors, family support, new roles, busy taking care of babies and lack of knowledge. Breast milk is a very important source of nutrition to meet the needs of babies, one of the factors that affect breast milk production is psychological stress. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between psychological stress and breast milk production in postpartum breastfeeding mothers at the Wulandari Clinic, Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlation research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with 38 respondents. The measuring instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The result of this study is that the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than a significant value of 0.05, so there is a relationship between psychological stress and milk production in breastfeeding mothers after childbirth at the Wulandari Clinic, Medan in 2021.
